UPDATE: Dennis from Thermacon was able to look into this issue and resolve the problem in a prompt manner and apologized for previous conversations and inconveniences. Called this company out to check out an AC and why it wasn't cooling at a rental property. The Tech sent out claimed to have replaced the capacitor and said he would call me back the next day for a motor replacement.
I never recieved a call and when I called the tenants to see how the AC fared through the night I was notified that they didn't believe the termacon tech replaced anything and was only there for around 15min. After hearing two different stories, I called another HVAC professional to look at the unit and send me pictures. The capacitor on the unit was dated 2017 and clearly not new. I called thermacon regarding this issue and did not get a resolution.

I just wanted to give a special thank you to Rhett, of Thermacon. Rhett was the technician that came to my house yesterday for the yearly heater maintenance. He was punctual, friendly and extremely professional; in my opinion, Rhett is a perfect example of a five star employee. 04-08-2022 I wanted to thank Denis, Kevin, Phillip and Layne for helping me replace my air handler today. Have used Thermacon multiple times over the past few years. They normally have very prompt response and are professional in their service. Erik came out today for a scheduled inspection and did a good job explaining the system operation and answered some questions I had. Inspected and cleaned the system. My service technician is named Rhett. He is almost always the person that handles calls for service at my residence. Rhett always fully answers any questions or concerns that I may have, and believe me, I ask a lot of questions. Rhett is very professional, knowledgeable and polite. He not only does a very thorough job but takes great care in cleanup afterwards.
He does things for me that he does not even have to do, like hand washing filter covers outside. I think if I needed him to help carry griceries in the house, he would do it. I am very happy with Thermacon. They respond quickly when called and do excellent work. I would highly recommend them for any ac or heating needs.

Love the service Thermacon provides! This company takes care of its customers with prompt, professional service. We have used them for a few years now and have been very satisfied. Today Rhett came out to replace the diffuser motor in our heating system. He was very professional, right on time, and had the work done in a little over an hour. He also gave us advice on installing a carbon monoxide detector, as our heating system is getting older, and changed the batteries in our existing smoke alarms! Thank you, Rhett, for going above and beyond the work order. Your concern for our safety is much appreciated!

I appreciate Erich taking time during the winter check up to explain functions of the thermostat & system. When I told him the heating system didn't seem to be as efficient as the cooling, he made an adjustment to the system, and I could feel a difference in the air coming through the vents. Great system & always great service.

Had new Lennox Heat Pump installed last week. Great job by sales rep Lance. Sold me what I needed for my purposes. Right to the point and answered all my questions. The crew of Kevin, Layne and Philip were timely, efficient and extremely friendly. Answered all my questions as dumb as some of them were. Highly recommend these folks and don't believe you will disappointed. Price was definitely right.

Adam was very professional and prompt. He knew how to explain the air conditioning jargon to me. I'm pleased that this business has a yearly maintenance plan for me to purchase. They will assist me with remembering scheduled maintenance. It was late in the workday but Adam didn't complain and he was pleasant while working in the heat. I'm thankful I found this business. These folks put the PRO in professional. Kevin was so professional with years of experience. I could tell right away he had been doing his job for many years. I was impressed that the owners son was part of the crew doing the work. He was one of two helpers and when Kevin gave them orders they carried them out right away. they also laid out floor coverings every where they were walking and when finished they cleaned up every speck of trash.
And the salesman Mark Ragsdale was so professional, when he came to visit and discuss our business, he was NOT overpowering. His knowledge helped me make the right decision about my purchase. I will be using these folks again, and I encourage you to give these folks a shot, you won't be disappointed.

Everyone I worked with--Mark, Kevin, and Lance--indeed, their entire team--did a superb job of helping me select and then install my new HVAC system. It included a state-of-the art heat pump, electric resistance heaters, a REME Halo ultraviolet light sanitizing system, a new high-efficiency filter at the air handler, and a new thermostat. We've been using the system since July 2020 and have been thrilled with its performance.
The system has been running cooler during the peak summer months, but the energy consumption has been consistently lower than historical levels. We've been satisfied customers for over 31 years. This company consistently delivers excellent quality products and service in a highly professional manner, a true "Search for Excellence" company.

I don't typically do reviews. However, when service is as good as it was with Thermacon they deserve a big "pat on the back". My old AC just wasn't repairable and I had to have a new system installed. They did an excellent job, price was very competitive, and best of all they were very quick to get everything done. Excellent service. Not many companies will come to the Bolivar Peninsula to service an AC unit, and since Covid even fewer. Not only did they come, they were able to come the very next day. You don't find that kind of consideration for our rural needs in other companies. Usually service companies have one day a month they'll be out our way and if you can't work with them, it'll be their next available date a month later. Thermacon, NEXT DAY service.

After contacting Thermacon about my AC not cooling, Nick was sent to my house. He was prompt, and professional. After diagnosing the issue, he gave me options for repair, prices included. My wife and I decided that a new system would the best solution. Thermacon then sent out Mark, a comfort specialist, who went over multiple payment, and system options; that was on a Tuesday. Friday morning Kevin and Phillip showed up for a complete system install.
The service they provided was professional, and efficient, with thorough instructions. They were friendly, and had a spotless clean up. Thermacon will be the only AC/Heating company that we use from now on.

I would like to say a HUGE thank you to my comfort specialist Mark from the Beaumont store. He was the main reason I went with this company instead of others. His customer service was absolutely amazing and never once did I feel like he was here to just try to make a sale. He continued to check in with me through the entire process and even after to make sure all was well.
The installer Kevin and his helper Philip were also amazing. They came in and got the job done and explained it all along the way. I am VERY satisfied with this entire team and would recommend them to anyone who asks about needing an air company. You have customers for life with us. Thanks guys!

I messaged them that my AC had mold on the coils and it needed to be serviced. It was working, but running a lot. The guy came (45 minutes late) and cut the HvAC tape on the unit and said that it needed to be cleaned, but it was $1000 per unit. It was also another $69 to check the second unit upstairs. He closed the system up, did NOT put the tape back on and charged me the $69 for telling me what I ALREADY knew.
Waste of time and money. BTW. $30 in materials and 45 minutes, we cleaned the coils out ourselves. You can buy coil spray and a water pump to rinse it. Also a fin repair tool pulled everything else out. I won't be calling them again. Oh and $8 for a roll of the tape to replace what he did NOT.
