I have used Brettco for the past 4 years to service my AC, from simple yearly maintenance to duct work and installing a completely new unit in my house. I found them competent, affordable and easy to work with.until the last couple months. A lovely woman works in the office and normally answers the phone, does scheduling and payments, but she recently went out of town and the business fell apart.
A man, Don (the owner?), began answering the phone and was extremely rude.almost as if I was bothering him by calling for service. He had no understanding that they are a service business and the customer is the boss. His scheduling was awful, couldn't tell me when they would come and expecting me to take off work and wait around all day for them to maybe show up.
When I tried to get a more precise time of when they could come he would become angry. And I never once received a thank you for the thousands of dollars I've spent with them. I mentioned that his customer service skills needed help and he actually told me he didn't appreciate that! What kind of business does not appreciate customer feedback? I continued to try to work with them until I received so much push back it wasn't worth it.
On a good note all the technicians that come out to the house are awesome. However I do not recommend Brettco. Use Vaughn's in Winnie, they are extraordinary! And will actually thank you!

Very rude people. Called to ask a qoute for an air duct cleaning, since their google add says they do, and the guy that answered was very disrespectful. He said in a very rude manner that google was wrong and that they have never done that service and hung on me without saying another word. Incan understand that google may have misdirected me, but being a decent human doesn't cost anyone a dime. Cortesy goes a long way and they just lost a potential costumer or someone that could've mention them as a referal.

This company is incredible. My A/C went out on my house on a Saturday. My home warranty was going to take a week and a half to get the issue fixed which was the evaporator coil had a leak. I called this company and they had one in stock. They fit me into the schedule the next morning (during a very busy time mid June). They were able to fix the problem. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you for a job well done.
