We bought a Lennox unit February, 2022. We had the unit go down twice for the same problem. Nelson was able to obtain a new unit for us! Thorpe Heating & Cooling have knocked it out of the park with their customer service, professionalism, and the quality of their work. Great experience buying and installing a Mitsubishi mini split A/C unit with Thorpe. Salesman Chris Chambers was prompt, knowledgeable and communicative in helping us decide which unit to select. Mason and Sebastian worked hard and did a great job installing the unit, and were also professional, courteous and helpful once finished in showing us how the unit worked, and also took the time to answer any questions that we had. Thorpe Heating & Cooling is a stand up company with true professionals who really care about their customers. We were victims of an unlicensed con artist who put in a faulty AC unit that broke down 4 months after install and refused to make any repairs himself. Thorpe Heating & Cooling came out to assess the problem and make repairs for us at a great rate with discounts. Elliott and Dustin are the 2 gentleman that we dealt with mostly and they went above and beyond to help us with a bad situation caused by someone else.

We received fantastic service from Thorpe Heating and Cooling. Dustin was our technician. He was knowledgeable, courteous and prompt. He explained our options and began the process for repairs needed. If we need service again we will definitely request Dustin.

I have used Thorpe twice for my AC installs over the span of 15 years and two houses. The most recent one my air handler leaked and damaged my celling. I wasn't having that happen again. So I called Chris at Thorpe my same guy for both installs. He took care of me making sure I got everything I needed to move the air handler from the attic to my garage with an AC unit that was perfect for the load of my house and energy efficient.

I noticed a lot of the reviews on google were for Nelson, so I asked Chris if Nelson could do my install. He told me that he would be. Man were the reviews right! That young man was so polite, professional, and very knowledgeable about HVAC. He listened to all my concerns and wishes and made sure he did a 110% job for me. I believe he has amazing morals and values and gives his 110% at every job he does.

The techs I had were Mason, Angelo and Sebastian. They were excellent. They not only were prompt, polite and hard working, they did not take one break and it had to be 115° in the attic where they were working. They worked every second of the time they were here, removing the old equipment and installing the new. Mason didn't leave until he was sure I understood all the new controls on the thermostat. I have been a customer of Thorpe since around 2004 and would not consider any other company. They are fairly priced, very dependable, honest and hard working.

Thorpe came to install a combination heater and air conditioning unit in my addition. The guys showed up on time, they were very friendly and respectful, above all they did an excellent job. They took a few minutes to walk through the process, and routing of wiring etc., to make sure I agreed to everything they had to accomplish in the installation. Dustin and his colleague are outstanding representatives for Thorpe, polite young men, and they were quite experienced installing this unit.

The total cost of the package was very reasonable, and since I was getting ready to head north, they accommodated my schedule. I would highly recommend Thorpe and their team for any heating and air conditioning project you are contemplating.

As I had stated to the business I tried to find "Hours of Operation" on their home website, yelp, whitepages etc. I was unable to find. I have not heard back from business customer email request page. Must be a guessing game that I dont care to play. I will be happy to seek business elsewhere!

Let's start off by saying that this was hands down the best experience I have ever had with an AC repair man. The service tech was honest and extremely cool. He talked to me like a pro and answered every idiotic question I threw his way. It turned out that it was a simple fix and he just charged me the 69 dollars for the service call. A few days later I called to give mad props to my service tech and the lady on the other line was totally rude.

This is why I gave them 3 stars. When I call for a good thing you shouldn't act like a jerk. Act like a professional. The receptionist should take notes from the tech I dealt with.
