I had five quotes and they were the cheapest. Tim and his crew were extremely nice and very professional. They all worked as a team and completed the job before lunch. I lost my AC on Father's Day, Sunday of course, but it's storm so my air wasn't too bad and I could wait until MondayTo call an air conditioner repair. I was recommended pro air, they worked around their schedule so that I can come to my house that day because I had no cool air. Tim was the technician. He was awesome very nice professional literally had my AC text in 15 minutes.

I highly recommend them and I've already scheduled my maintenance check with them. I also talk to Henry in the office, absolutely the kindest customer sales representative the phone answer I have ever talk to. In my opinion a very reasonable price.

Pro Air did a great job for us on our AC. The AC was only a few years old, and NOT installed by Pro Air. Tim pointed out a major drainage problem from the original install that REALLY needed to be addressed. Tim sent us an estimate that same day for the cost of fixing the problem at a good price. Pro Air is now our new AC maintenance company! 5 stars.

I needed help to investigate why the A/C was not cooling as fast as before, also the system was making the house dusty faster than usual. Pro Air could investigate for me and document the findings. I was so grateful I even "tip" the representative who came. I don't find excellent companies here where I live that provide me as great as the service I received from Pro Air Heating and Cooling.

Tim is amazing. I had an ongoing air flow/duct issues and called several other AC companies but ProAir was the only one that diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away. Tim went above and beyond to ensure the issue was fixed and that I understood how it was resolved. He is super awesome, VERY professional, informative and thorough. I highly recommend.

Love the service and technicians. Not too happy with the costs. The parts are under warranty, so only paid labor costs which were $205 and it only took the tech a half hour to fix it. That over $400/ hour! Seems a little high! Service: AC maintenance

I can't say enough about how excellent these gentlemen are at what they do. Out of three total system replacement quotes, they had the most thorough and affordable SET of OPTIONS that were patiently explained to me in a way that informed me about what I was having installed in my home. No scare tactics or hard sales either, just practical knowledge and professionalism.

Tim was great, received a text that they were on their way and were able arrive early before my appointment, which was perfect. Tim was able to diagnose the problem and explained to me what was needed and in about 20 minutes I was feeling the wonderful cold air again. The price quoted was very very reasonable and again I was very happy about that. Tim from Pro Air is PHENOMENAL! They have an online appointment system which made everything incredibly easy! From the second I made the appointment, I received a text confirmation. Updates and reminders also came through text message. They called when they were on their way. Once here, they were extremely professional. They explained what they were doing and how much it would cost. It was VERY reasonable. Their service is top notch and I would recommend them to anyone.

I thought this was a wonderful company when they installed my A/C system in 2005. I found out differently. Last week the system froze up. Pro Air came back to check the system. First off, they immediately refused any discussion of warranty. I later found that they took my money, but never purchased the manufacture warranty - therefore, there is no warranty.

Another contractor came by and stated that this is the second time he heard this story about Pro Air this week. The AC was low on freon. They charged me $300 for 6 lbs of freon. I later found out the system only holds 6 lbs. It was only 1 1/2 to 2 lbs low. Then they wanted to charge me $2,200 to replace the coil that they never warranted. Found a national company that will do the job for $660. Don't do business with these people!

It is much to often that Companies tend to receive only the negative reports and not the positive which is very important for any company and its employee's. Thus I would like to make some very positive remarks on todays visit. Our usual Contractor was tied up for a week on service calls they gave us your number.

Your receptionist was ever so pleasant with excellent phone manners and we were pleasantly surprised with the fact that we could get same day service and the technician arrived exactly as arranged. Once he arrived he introduced himself and was very pleasant and professional, he concentrated on his work , explained everything in detail before proceeding.

The job was completed in a very organized, neat & tidy order and the Tech. "Monte" was very personable. Now retired and having been a part of a business myself and dealing with employee's I would like to hope that "Monte" is considered one of your most valuable and is defiantly a "Keeper"!
