All State came to my rescue when I had my central air installed incorrectly by another company. After a month with broken cooling and multiple attempts to fix it, I found All State and they came right away. It was a tricky issue and after the first set of technicians couldn't solve it, Russ the owner came and spent a long time examining every tiny detail of the system until he found exactly what was wrong and fixed it.
Now my system runs perfectly and I'm going to sign up for maintenance with All State. They let you know exactly when they are coming, arrive promptly, and really know what they are doing. I can't recommend this company highly enough.

Hands down- best HVAC company around. From the office staff, to the onsite techs, to ownership, Allstate is an all around class act. When another company told me I would need a total replacement of my ductless system - Allstate came in and took the time to figure out our units and cleaned them and got them running again. They responded immediately to a problem at my father's home and got his system replaced quickly and efficiently. Allstate is honest and reliable. So happy we found them!

I have a 20 year old Buderus boiler with their fancy control on top of the boiler. I called several companies and was told that they were unfamiliar with the product and that was that. I called All State Air Control that services my AC. They said that they were also unfamiliar with this control, but would come to look at it. Russel, one of the owners come over and within 1/2 hour found the problem.
Being late in the day on a Saturday I had to wait until Monday to track down the part, but by 10:00 A.M. Monday the boiler was fixed. Great service, great company, great people.

We have been Air State Air Control customers for over twenty years. We have not had a single instance when they have not responded or resolved any issue that we have called in. The service is fantastic and every solution that they have provided has been practical and very reasonably priced. The staff is trained well, responsive and respectful; led by Frank & Russ.
They also support innumerable community and charitable organizations and causes. Frank has also served for many years as a Volunteer Firefighter in the Pelham Fire Department. A Good Company with a Good Heart!

My central AC unit went out on Fourth of July weekend. After calling three other companies, no one was able to repair the unit. They all that told me the unit needed to be replaced. I called All State Air Control to get an estimate for replacing the unit. After speaking with Frank (the owner) he told me that he can get the unit running. And in fact he did!
He repaired the unit and did tell me that the unit is over 25 years old and will eventually need to be replaced. He repaired the unit after hours yet I was not charged the additional "after hours" time and a half rate. Frank told me he will give me a proposal to replace the unit AND INSISTED that I get 2 - 3 more proposals to compare. Everyone at All State Air Control was helpful, honest and caring to get my family comfortable. Finally, Frank followed up TWICE to make sure every thing was running well. I cannot say enough good thing about All State. GREAT COMPANY!

We've been All State customers longer than I can remember. They have always provided wonderful, responsive, reasonably-priced service. There have been several times where we had an urgent problem and they were at our house immediately. After we lost power from Hurricane Sandy, All State came over and hooked up a generator that a friend had loaned us, and did it free of charge.
I also note that Frank Cerbone, one of the owners, served for years in the Pelham Fire Department. This is a wonderful, community-supporting company that deserves your business.

I have been using Frank Cerbone of All State Air Control for many years. He has installed several Mitsubishi air conditioner units for me. I love the Mitsubishi units, they work perfectly. But what I am really glad about is that I made the decision to go with All State Air Control. Over the years they have never failed to perform the yearly maintenance to my expectations.
The technician always puts on covers for his shoes, sets up his equipment carefully so the floors are not scratched and he always dust the top of the unit where I can't reach. He shows respect for my house, and due to their maintanence I have never had a problem with even my very old units. Because of a new addition I recently added two new units and my contractor praised the work that Frank and All State did. I can't remember who recommended them to me, but I wish I could so I could thank them again and again.

We have an older York roof-top heating and cooling unit at our office location in the Bronx. All State has been servicing this unit for many years. This past Christmas vacation during the cold spell the unit became unreliable. All State came a couple of times and performed service but the unit still occasionally malfunctioned. Finally on one of the coldest days of the year one of the owners came and spent four hours on the roof, in the wind and cold, taking the unit apart and finally traced the problem to a wire, broken inside the insulation so that the fault was not visible and had provided intermittent operation.
Our staff is grateful to Russ for making us warm and comfortable. We are in the window servicing business and know how difficult it is to provide good service and appreciate it when we see it. THANK YOU, All State Air Control

We were recommended to All State by a neighbor who had nothing but great things to say about the organization. Within our first experience with the team we are in agreement with our neighbors. Their work is professional and thorough. The team are kind hearted and informative as they work in your home. They were able to assist us with documentation that helped us approach another vendor that had previously done poor work in our home (that All State corrected). Wow!
What more can you ask for? This first experience with All State has made it clear that we are moving forward with them for all of our HVAC services, and leaving our previous HVAC supplier of 5+ Years.

They are quick (diagnosed, troubleshoot, replaced unit within 4 days), responsive, inclusive, flexible, and professional. Above all of that, they saved us money on replacement parts. You honestly feel like they care about their job and will do to the best of their ability. They're invested with you. We will never use another company!

Good service Terrible customer service. I would have posted a higher rating but for the multiple errors and liaise-faire attitude toward those errors which caused us quite a bit of problems and inconvenience. One day before a scheduled vacation in Montauk our upstairs air conditioner went on the blink. I called our usual service only to find out they were temporarily out of business.
Someone from that company highly recommended All State and gave me the contact information. Normally I would do some research but because we were pressed for time I called All State on a Friday morning before our trip on Saturday. After giving the receptionist my phone number, address and cc number we set an appointment for later that day between 1pm and 6pm.
My husband stayed home to take care of this while I ran the various errands before we took off. Needless to say he sat there all afternoon and noone showed up. I called the company the following Monday morning and after a little back and forth we discovered that the person who took my information took the phone number down incorrectly. Absolutely no apologies, no accommodation for the inconvenience- just make another appointment that spans 4 to 5 hours.
Since my husband did not want to leave the house without ac, he drove for 3 hours at the crack of dawn to have it repaired. The repairman was terrific! Identified and fixed the problem in about 3 hours. He left us with a detailed report but not a bill. The following Monday I received a phone call telling me that our credit card did not go through.
After going through the numbers we discovered the person who had made the first error had also taken the cc number down incorrectly. She had also neglected to take our email so an invoice could be sent before the cc was charged. I had to ask for an invoice before the charge was made. Ok, we all have incompetent people working for us but I would have expected at least a Gee I'm so sorry you had all this trouble! So if you don't care if the support staff is incompetent, then by all means call All State!

I dealt with Mickey in the office and several of their field technicians. I have never had a better group of service providers. All very professional, all were respectful of entering our home (we have small children) and the service was outstanding. Also saved me $300+ on replacement parts versus what I heard from 2 other guys. I really don't want to deal with them again since it will mean I have an HVAC problem, but if I do I am more than comfortable I will be in good hands.

We have had All State Air take care of our heating/AC system since 2010, and have always been happy with them. This time, when out a/c broke down, Irwin and Tai worked so hard to get us up and running so as not to have to go through another hour in a heat wave night-they went so out of their way, I just felt the need to tell others how grateful we are for this kind of generous spirit of service. I can't recommend them highly enough!

I really like these guys a lot. I have used them for years. They have always been clear, prompt, level headed in advise, and thorough in completion of the work at hand. Last week they saved my ass. They were backed up with over 9 calls on one of the first HOT spring days and really went above and beyond squeezing me in to help take care of my 92 year old father and mother and their broken central AC. The owner Frank called to follow up the next day to boot. They have all been very cool ( ha ha) to work with. I wish I could use them for everything.

Horrible service. Called about getting an estimate for both central a/c and Mr. Slims and the first appointment they showed over an hour early and didn't even call me and the second appointment they never showed up. I guess they don't care about creating new customers. I wish I could give no stars. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone.
