I have been using Airplus for many years, and they have always provided great service. The technicians and office staff are always professional and courteous. Just few days ago my AC totally broke down. Due to the extremely hot weather, I was in a really tough spot. Thankfully, Joe and Tatiana went the extra mile to quickly arrange all possible logistics and expedite the new AC unit installation. I really appreciated their fast, competent service and clear communication. Their work really showed me how much they care about their customers.

Everything about my experience with Air Plus was top notch. Tammy was fantastic at answering all of my questions, and if she didn't know an answer, rather than fake it, she took the question offline to her experts. Joe did a really thorough assessment of the issues we were having and was great at helping me to intelligently select the right equipment for our home.
And Air Plus's crews were absolutely incredible! They arrived and worked all day to replace both of our HVAC systems (they were well beyond their useful age). One of those systems was in our attic, and it was 90+ degrees outside that day. As I already stated, they were incredible. And now, we are enjoying the cool air from our new HVACs, which Air Plus flawlessly installed.

Justin Patton came by the house to give my a/c units their annual checkup. He was extremely knowledgeable and genuine. Not only did he walk me through all of his checks as he went along, he also took the time to answer all my general questions about my system and the goings on in the industry. Great guy. I've had nothing but good experiences with this company for the last year.

We had a ductless mini-split AC unit installed in our home office yesterday and love it! The sales person clearly explained our different options available and we were able to get a quote immediately. The installation was able to be performed quickly, with very high quality, and with minimal disruption to our work day (we both work from home). Would definitely recommend.

Our technician, Justin, was amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. He explained the two problems we were having with our heating system and gave us service options that saved us money. He had our heat working again in one hour. What more could we ask for? Chris Allen was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering all of my questions about my generator. He was on time, professional and took care of my maintenance. When I call to set up service the person that answered the phone was very pleasant and caring to make sure we got taken care of quickly. I highly recommend their company and team. I will continue with my maintenance contract with them for years and plan to use them for other needs in the future.

I want to thank the entire AirPlus team for their professionalism, knowledgeable staff, and willingness to accommodate my special request. I contacted the team about a tankless water and hydronic heater system. Based on their years of experience they recommended a tankless combination unit that would handle the workload. Ok nice the quote was generated, I had an additional request, which was quickly accepted.
Following that discussion, their finance department reached out to coordinate the payment process. They too were very professional. The representative provided several options. Once paid, the work was scheduled over a two day period. The technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They explained their work prior to and made sure I was happy with the outcome.
On the second day, the service manager and the owner both came to the job site to ensure the work and I was happy with the outcome. I highly recommend AirPlus. I have future work in mind. I will turn to AirPlus to complete it when the time comes.

From start to finish, AirPlus did a fantastic job with installing a new HVAC. Jake was very thorough in reviewing my situation, came up with two options, and made sure to provide itemized breakdowns of each component he quoted. The company's use of technology during the quoting process shows a proficiency not just in their trade, but in the part of providing service that I really appreciated.
I was quoted two systems using their presentation apps that were then presented to me via email. their pricing is very competitive, and they landed between the two other quotes I was given. On the lower end, I was just given a heat pump and compressor, and on the high end, I was offered a heat pump, compressor, and water heater. AirPlus offered a heat pump, compressor, water heater, and humidifier (which my home needed, given my indoor humidity rested around 25%) at a cost that came in under the high end by almost $2000.
The day of the install, a very professional pair of installers came and had everything set up after 6 hours' work. They brought rags to protect my flooring, were very thorough with the routing of wires and lines, and vacuumed the floor of the utility room when they finished. They'll always get a recommendation from me!
