Gary did a fantastic job on my furnace! He was punctual, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. My heater is twenty years old, and admittedly, should be replaced. Regardless, Gary took a look at it, diagnosed the issue, and found a solution that would ensure it would continue to run for a little while longer. His attention-to-detail was very apparent.

On his way out, after the service call was completed, he notice a flue vent on my roof. Rather than simply collecting his fee and going on his way, he came back, asked my permission to go up there and check it out, and ended up replacing it after finding a large blockage. I am extremely appreciative of his keen eye and diligence and will be calling in the future when I need a replacement!

Gary is terrific - he installed my air conditioner and heater about 10 yrs' ago and did a fantastic job. Have never had a problem. I did call him several day's ago as I thought the air conditioner wasn't cooling the house enough; he came out checked it out (was fine) but did adjust the thermostat for me. While he was here he asked me if it was okay for him to just check out the heater as well.all was fine there too. He was thorough, and as I know very little about these systems, Gary was a great instructor. He was prompt for his appt., and pricing was fair. Thank you, Gary! Diane

I called to get an estimate on some heating & air install. I introduced myself as a Realtor that met him about a year ago when i called him to come out for an estimate on a complete new HVAC system for a property that I manage for a client. Since he didn't job bcuz the owner decided to go with another company, he said he didn't want to work with me and hung up with me. Then he called me back to give me more crap. He definitely has a major anger issue. Stay clear!

I called Gary this morning (Monday) to check on the AC unit that is no longer blowing cold air. He told me that his jobs are backed up and the earliest he can come will be Wednesday maybe Thursday. But I decided to text him my info anyways because of the recommendations I have gotten from my neighbors while contacting another company. We made an appointment with another company and was given the service time from 2-3 pm.

At 2:45 pm, Gary called and actually came by simply because he was in the area and he had some time in between his appointments! He quickly assessed the problem and made recommendations to how we should proceed. Needless to say, I am overjoyed for him to be there and to provide a solution during this heat wave. What I appreciate the most is how straight forward and honest and professional he is.

The interesting thing is, at almost 3:00 pm, the other company has not showed up still even though they gave us a specific time. I will highly recommend Gary, and will not hesitate to call him again.

Gary from Air Vista came to our home today to check our AC unit & we are very pleased because he was on time, very professional, gave an accurate & honest assessment of our system, did the necessary checks & gave recommendations. He did not try to sell us anything else. We will be using this company for all our future furnace & AC needs & maintenance & it is a local HB business.

Our AC stopped cooling yesterday afternoon. I called Gary & told him what the issue was & he said he would be there at 9am the following day. He came to our home, diagnosed the problem as a failed capacitor on the condenser & replaced it at a reasonable price, in a timely manner, very professional & our AC unit immediately started cooling our home on 7/10/18. We are grateful for him coming & fixing the problem so promptly & not trying to up sell us as others have. Thank you Gary.

Gary showed up before the appointment was scheduled, was open about what our options were, and was able to make the needed repair on the spot. Everything took 30' from arrival to cool air. He seemed very honest and professional.

Air Vista went above my expectations in repairing my furnace. Gary did a great job and came across very trustworthy (which seems like a rare trait these days). Showed up on time and repaired several issues at a very reasonable rate. I would not hesitate to recommend Air Vista to anyone.

Air Vista solved an A/C issue we had two years ago. They came out, identified a blown fuse, fixed it quickly and cheaply. They did what they said they would do, didn't price gouge us or come up with extra work to inflate the cost. As a result of the great service we received before, when our A/C had problems recently we called Air Vista. Gary called back to inform us we were out of his service area and he would not be able to help.

This was a disappointment, but when 5 out of 7 A/C companies did not even bother to call back, I thought his professionalism in calling back to let us know was much appreciated. After receiving what we believed was an incorrect diagnosis, we called Air Vista again, hoping to convince them to come out. Gary came out without extra incentive, identified the problem as a Freon leak quickly, and provided valuable advice on what we should do to get it fixed.

While he reiterated we were out of his service area and so he could not personally do the work because he could not service or warranty it, his advice and service and honesty were much appreciated. My sadness is that we are out of his service area; his honesty, fairness and professionalism are well worth using Air Vista. I highly recommend this business.

Air Vista gave a reasonable quote and performed our HVAC replacement as advertised. The owner Gary is very knowledgable and easy to get ahold of. He did not mind my lengthy questions.

Called Air Vista to get a second opinion after another company told us we need a whole new system. Jeff was able to come two hours after we called and within 15 minutes had the furnace up and running again! He was knowledgeable, thorough, honest, and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. I would definitely recommend Air Vista and will call them for any future repairs.

I am very pleased with the service we received from Gary at Air Vista. Honest assessment of our problem. Was able to install new A/C for our home within one week. Installation done in one day ( 2 units-one for upstairs and one for downstairs). i liked the fact that Gary, the owner of the company, was onsite working side by side with his three technicians. Installation went very smoothly.

They worked neatly and cleanly. Prices were fair. On another note, we had an A/C issue at a rental which I own. Gary was able to take care of the problem within 2 days in the middle of a heat wave. Honest evaluation and fixed promptly at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend Gary at Air Vista.

Gary and his crew did a fantastic job replacing my furnace and ductwork in my condo. I would highly recommend Air Vista. He was very receptive to phone calls and emails and called to give updates on the work. Honest and trustworthy business.

I was just calling to inquire about installing Ductless Air verse Central Air and Garry was extremely helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the two systems and went over and above to answer any questions I had and spent a good amount of time on the phone with me. I would hire this company just for that fact.

We had a 20+ year old heater in our house. It sounded like a freight train starting up every time it was warming up and asbestos heating ducts. We shopped around two other places prior to coming to Gary and his business Air Vista. Home Depot wanted over twice as much for the same job (which is outsourced by Home Depot). I compared apples to apples on the quotes and HD was simply over padded.

Both quotes included permitting and the same furnace with identical features. That aside, Gary recommended a proper sized furnace for our home, air balanced, permitted, and was quick and tidy. He even helped with the removal of our old asbestos duct work which we were excited to have it properly removed by has-mat specialists since we have two little kids in the house. Undoubtably, we made the right choice with Gary and Air Vista and would recommend in an instance to anyone looking for quality work.

I went to visit my parents recently in Huntington Beach and smelled gas immediately upon entering the house. They had their heater on and I knew something wasn't right. After calling various HVAC companies with good reviews on Yelp, it became apparent that either they didn't want the business because we got no call back, or they were price gouging due to our emergency situation.

Air Vista only had one Yelp review and I want Yelpers to know not to shy away because of that. Gary saved the day and at half the price of the other quotes! He arrived in less than an hour and was immediately able to resolve the problem. As it turned out, a roof leak had dripped water onto the furnace's electrical components and yes, we had a gas leak! Gary was all around fantastic! He was not pushy, nor did he pressure my parents to upgrade their 20+ year old furnace. Friendly personality, quick, and very professional. You won't be disappointed!
