Superior. Replaced entire system, including removal and replacement of the duct system. Took just over one day when all the other bids said it would take 4 to 5 days. Also saved over $5000 from proposals of the bigger firms. My husband was in the hospital and when I came home the air was not working. I called Custom Air and they sent Gilbert out. What a wonderful young man, Very knowledgeable Ac guy. He took the time to explain the issue and fixed it. Im so happy with the service on my air conditioner problem I got from Gilbert. This guy is the best. Since my last review, my HVAC took it's last breath, for the last 2 1/2 years Custom Cooling did a great job getting all the full life out of it. Wednesday night in went down again, I called them at 7:30am and they were here at 9:30am installing our new complete York system. I couldn't believe how easy they made the whole process. I gave them a 5 star review because that was the tightest available, I believe they are at least a 10 star.
From Samantha to the installers everything went as smooth at it possibly could have. I highly recommend this company. The pricing was more than fair and actually came in below the quoted price, they didn't require something that was quoted, how honest is that, I wouldn't have known the difference. That's what I call a business that you can put your trust into. (Very few of them left).
Their field supervisor, Joe, came by to see if all was going smoothly with the install. Everyone was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for a better experienceo in spite of a A/C breakdown in the Florida heat. If you read my other review, the service personnel that came out were equally friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and arrived quickly to resolve my problem.
This companies staff take pride in making sure your a satisfied customer and will be there for you. Fast response, tech was very knowledgeable and troubleshooted the problem quickly, had my A/C blowing cold air in no time. Gilbert was very professional and polite, I would recommend them for service or repairs.

We called Custom Cooling and they came out and told us we needed 2 coils replaced. The parts needed to be ordered but we only had to wait about 5 days and they were here to repair our AC. We are very happy with the service they provided and will continue to use them when the need arises. We also have them come out annually to do maintenance on our AC. Very professional and reliable company.

I have used Custom Cooling previously and when the A/C unit was making unusual noises I called them. They were at my home within 20 minutes. Joey Bella, the technician, explained the problem with the compressor and he went through all options for us. We agreed to replace with a York system with a 10 year warranty at a great price! The installation crew came on time for the installation. Steve, Kevin and Escabar did a fantastic job.
They were professional, courteous and efficient. They certainly knew what they were doing and cleaned up perfectly. I would highly recommend this company. They make you feel comfortable and that they are looking out for your best interests and not just another sale. I think you'll be as satisfied as I was.
