Very unorganized. I purchased ac filters as a home owner earlier in the year. Now I went to purchase some additional filters, I'm being told I cannot purchase them there. So why wasn't I told that when I made the purchase before?

Terrible customer service. Unhelpful rude staff. Its wholesale to licensed contractors with accounts only. The cabal business model. Anything you can buy here you can get at Grainger or Amazon for less. Dont waste your time and gas to get overcharged or treated like an illegal alien. I look forward to their going out of business sale.

They have good prices but depending on who you get at the counter will determine how long it takes to get in and out. Stay to right side of the counter if you need the better service. Sorry but it's just my experience.
