We appreciate Blazer & the level of service that they provide! Bobby & the reception/scheduling staff are always so friendly & eager to get your needs squared away! Jon Orr came out for a tune-up and also saved us from potentially being out of AC during this hot summer! Because they stock parts on the trucks, we were able to get the repair taken care of at the same appointment! Jon was efficient, communicated well- we knew when he was coming, what he was doing, and he even sent us videos of things we couldn't see! He was professional & knowledgable, while still being personable, polite, & easy to talk to! Highly recommend!

We had an amazing experience with this company. We tried calling 10 other companies in the area, and no one would answer the phone at all. This company picked up the phone, had a friendly person to speak to & it was very quick and easy to schedule someone to come out to fix our broken AC (very hot summer days) the very next morning. The gentleman that came out arrived first thing in the morning promptly, and was very professional & knowledgeable.

He answered all of our questions, and we love that he didn't rush through in a hurry. He took his time to make sure he was looking every single thing over thoroughly. We really appreciated that. He also gave us knowledge about our AC, and how things work. Super friendly and professional. We couldn't be happier with our service, and so glad this is the company we hired.

We used our warranty company for this service - however, we paid Blazer out of pocket & then we will get reimbursed by our warranty company. If you are looking for a company to work directly with your home warranty company, then you will need to find a different company.

The estimator Jeff knew exactly what systems we had and what we needed. The installers, Derek and his helper, were on time, friendly, courteous and clearly knowledgeable. Mike followed up and decided to tweak the system just a little and did so at no charge to us. We are 100% satisfied with Blazer and the pricing was less than expected!

Jeff and his partner were awesome! I was looking for this kind of service. He took his time and walked me through all 4 systems as they did there checks and work. He was not trying to up sell me on anything. He gave me choices and that was what I was looking for. Trust is hard to come by and they earned mine. This young man should be recognized. Blazer got us on the schedule quickly when our AC went out. Jonathan was on time, courteous, professional, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. He even took a few extra minutes to walk me through aspects of my HVAC system and talk about options for future improvements, which I greatly appreciated. I have used Blazer since buying my home in 2013. They provided maintenance in the existing HVAC unit and installed my current system when it was time to do so! And when this one sighs its last breath, which shouldn't be for several more years, they will be my automatic go-to. Always professional and friendly. Helpful with scheduling. Flexible with appointments. And always quick to respond to emails or phone calls! The annual service plan has helped keep my system in tip-top shape!

I called after not having A/C for 48 hours. Blazer heating and air was recommended by another company that only does commercial. Blazer was fantastic from start to finish. Tammy answered the phone. She was friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions and was able to get someone out same day. Charles was the repair man. He was professional and informative. He took the time to explain the problem and fixed it. Prices are fair and service is great! I highly recommend Blazer heating and air.

I used Blazer Heating and Air to repair my HVAC for many reasons. They were quick to respond to my needs. They had great customer service by both the office staff and the Tech John! They left my property clean and also closed all doors and gates. This is really important to because I have dogs that can get in trouble under the house and get out of the yard if both are not secured. Thanks for the quick response and great work!

The crew was very professional and walked me through everything thing I needed to know. John was the initial contact and explained why my system was not working properly. He helped me find a good unit that fit my budget and made me feel confident with my purchase by informing me of the 10 year warranty that Blazer offers. I had an older system that I thought I could get another year out of but unfortunately that wasn't the case this year and we needed a new system. Blazer was super responsive, all the folks that are in the office are wonderful customer service driven people, they go out of their way to make sure you are up to date with your ordering status, even making sure we were comfortable when our new u it was on back order, the techs that came to the house went above and beyond to make sure everything works great! Highly recommend Blazer Heating & Air because their costs are reasonable too!

Blazer just installed a new Navien 240E tankless boiler/heater in my home. Jon and his crew did an excellent installation and were very nice and professional. I had quotes from other companies and their pricing was very fair and competitive. Everyone at the company is very knowledgeable and helpful. They also installed the heater within a week of signing the proposal. Really glad to have found this company and will definitely use them again.

The best around. Installed a new Heat pump quickly and with a good price. Came back 2x at my discretion for a thermostat issue (not their fault). Guys care and provide the best HVAC service I've seen around here. Thanks Nancy, Jason, and the dynamic crew that came to install my heat pump!

Blazer Heating and Air provided us a quote in June for a new a/c system, as well as a breakdown for other components of a two-zone system to consider since the systems were 10 and 12 years old. After comparing quotes from other companies, we decided to go with Blazer and have them replace everything. We have been very happy with them! From installation of a/c and furnace for both of our zones with Jonathan, to followup with the sales rep, Matthew, we have had nothing but first class service. Very professional staff and extremely knowledgeable technicians. We look forward to a long relationship with Blazer Heating and Air.

Came home in the evening on a hot day in late summer to find my air wasn't working. Was pregnant so just opening the windows and fans wasn't going to be good enough. Called about 9 pm and it was not a problem getting a technician out to look at our unit! He was professional and quickly solved the problem. Look forward to working with Blazer again, and having regular "check ups" to make sure everything is working well!
