We bought an LG ductless split unit from Southern Refrigeration for our new restaurant in July. Five days later, it died. Repairman said computer boards all blown. Four weeks later WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR A PART. Southern Refrigeration's suggestion: "You should bug the folks at LG." Really? This company is a licensed distributor for LG and tells me - it's own customer - that I should bug LG? Just imagine what all of MY customers are saying when they come in and I don't have air conditioning in the middle of the summer!
