Our service technician, David Nelson Jr. arrived on time, he was courteous, professional, and repaired our tankless water heater quickly and efficiently because he came prepared with the necessary parts on the truck. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Work was done by unprofessional technicians and leadership is out to make a buck, with no care to the customer. Warranty they offer is only honored at their convenience and time, lucky if you get someone out to you in a month.hands down worst trades company in Wilmington.

I had TA Woods service repair and installation on my Navien water system. TA Woods always provides quick and efficient service. The technician Sean Howe has provided unparalleled service on three occasions. Sean is extremely knowledgable, dedication and very personable; you could not ask for a nicer and qualified person. He just finished installing my new Navien water system in a down pouring rain; as he said "we are here to get the job done right the first time". Great service technician and great company that I would highly recommend for all services.

After being referred to this company I have had nothing but trouble. The attitude from scheduling a service call to demanding money before the work is complete. My unit did not function properly after the work was complete. They do not return calls or emails. After repeated calls the supervisor said they just don't have time and is refusing to repair the unit in which we paid $700 for repair work.
After inquiring with the company that recommended TA Woods, I found TA Woods has done the same thing to other individuals (lying about warranty, not returning to complete work, etc.). They are no longer recommending TA Woods.
