National Heating & Cooling

I had National come out to look at my baseboard heating in one area of our house because it wasn't working correctly. Upon inspection we couldn't figure out what was wrong but it they turned the boiler up (hotter) and it kicked on. It lasted a couple of days and then again shut off again. I called them back they came out same day replaced a valve and it is now working correctly. Fred the manager was a great help and we spoke a few time about the issue and how to correct it. Thank you for your help.

National Heating & Cooling is my only call with anything HVAC. I manage many properties and they are my #1 call. Owners are great, techs are great, and the staff are all easy to talk to on any questions that I have had. They always work hard to get to jobs that I put them on done timely and the work they do is very professional for a very reasonable price. Great on communication too. Defiantly recommend them to all my friends and family!

My basement flooded and I needed someone to check my furnace. It is so hard to find quality companies who are willing to work in Detroit. Rick came out and did his best to get it working but too many parts had been under water. They came out today to replace it. David, Paul and Jason were on time. Very professional. Cleaned up after themselves. Went above and beyond! Great business located in Detroit.

First let me say that Jon was very good at point of sales (explained every detail)he made it an easy choice to choose National for our new furnace. AJ and Sam came to our home (on time) cleaned up everything, explained every detail of our new furnace, air purifiers(I asked lots of questions)Sam and AJ both were very courteous and kind. I will definitely give National a reference because of the staff that came into my home

I needed to have them inspect my central air to find what was wrong with it. A young man came out hooked the gages up told me the high side was over charged (no one has worked on it since it was installed) he checked the fuses then told me "i don't know whats wrong with it but you need a new unit" then he charged me $100.00 and said a sailsman would be in touch with me. needless to say I'm not very happy with them.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would I would like to extend my sincerest apologies to the people at National heating and cooling. I gave you a bad review and you didn't do the inspection at my house. I do wish that you were the crew that did the inspection simply because of the reviews that I have read about your quality and professionalism.

Ernie showed up on time and quickly diagnosed my problem, explained all my options, costs and let me decide how I wanted to proceed. Then went to work and thoroughly completed the job. Very happy with his work. Cooling nicely now. Reasonable rates. Service: AC repair

I can't say enough good things about my experience with National Heating and Cooling. My wife and I had our AC unit break during a massive heat wave and were scrambling to get it fixed. We called National and they had a tech out within a day. Their tech was extremely professional and helped diagnose our problem. The Freon line was busted so we needed a new AC unit.

National gave us many options that would fit within our budget and get what we were looking for. Ernie and crew arrived a day or two later and installed our brand new unit. During the installation process the crew was clean, professional, and very considerate while my three kids were running around. The new unit has been nothing but a blessing since its install! I would and have recommended National Heating and Cooling to anyone in need!

My furnace was making a loud rattling noise. After reading the other reviews on here, I called National. They were able to get someone out the next day. The repair man was very nice, arrived early, figured out the problem, ( warped fan), went and got the part, and now it's back to running like normal again. I will most definitely call them again if I need heating/cooling repairs, and would recommend them to anyone I know that needs hearing/cooling work done!

This is the first time I post review because I must do this for National H&C inc. Matt and Earnie are great persons and very professional! They did great jobs with reasonable price. Two years labor warranty comes with their jobs and 10 years parts warranty from the manufacturer. I highly recommend National H&C inc if you have troubles with your AC.
