Our air conditioner wasn't working properly and required service. I contacted Faribo Air Conditioning in the morning and a service repair person was at our home before noon. They charged me $80 for a half hour for the guy to drive to my house. the guy never show me a part, tell me he's going to put in a part, or anything. I talked to Peggy the owner she never apologized, suggested a way to fix my bill, very rude. almost $400 bill! for a $200 something part I never seen, $80 for the 30 minute drive for the guy, plus another $80 for the work he did. very horrible place!

New Years Eve, I got home about 10pm and furnace was not blowing out warm air. Left a message for someone to call me back. Tom came out and found the issue, had the part on hand and fixed it. Very thankful someone was able to come out late at night and on a holiday! Thanks again!

I use to work at Target, you have one employee that is really rude, His name is Dan last name starts with a R. I am passing this along to everyone I know. i wouldn't recommend you to anyone. He isn't rate able and should be let go. the one star is over rated as far as I am concerned for that jackass.
