Quick to respond. Intelligent technician. However they didn't put on mask when entering my house. Still considering you to put in my new unit.

This morning, I had a young man to come out to clean my dryer vent. I had been seeing this all over social media and I have been in my home for over 5 years and never had it done. He called before he came, however I missed his call. When he pulled up, he came inside and looked at the dryer vent and then we went outside to look and he told me all of his work would be outside.

I went back inside and he went to work. It only took him about 25 minutes. It wasn't as bad as I thought as you can see from the picture. I asked him about their HVAC maintenance services and he told me to call and set up something. He was very kind and made sure I was well informed. I look forward to my next service with them.

We called early this week and Joey came in Thursday to inspect the system. We had to get one unit replaced and they were able to do it the next day. Joey showed up at our home ON TIME and was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. AND he was good to my dogs (bonus) He had our A/C fixed and back to running in no time and the price was VERY fair. They are a small family owned business and customer service definitely seems to be a priority. I highly recommend Drawdy's for your A/C - Heating system needs.

We had an estimate of 1500$ for a repair to our AC with a condenser coil (or something along those lines, I don't work with ACs!) and they came out and did it for $1200 with only one day notice to the problem. That means they were able to source the repair part, schedule a time, and show up within 16 hours of a notice and repair the unit in 3 hours. Great people, would highly recommend.

My heating unit stopped working and I am not one to enjoy the cold. The responsiveness, customer service and the quality of work done by 'Drawdy's' was absolutely amazing. Joey did a wonderful job, a very professional and kind young man.

I can not say enough about the professionalism and quality this company provided my family. My air went out Saturday night. Sunday morning they were here smiling ready to help us in this heat! I'm posting this review because it is not the first time Drawdy's Heating and Air has provided me with top notch service. Not only is their expertise on the matter extensive, but their purpose to understand the customers concerns and present all the available choices with transparency drew me to hire them on two occasions. Once this past summer for a unit replacement in Columbia, and a second time this winter to fix my mother's unit over in Lugoff. Joey showed up at 5am to fix her heat pump! Highly recommend Drawdy's Heating and Air!

Had an AC emergency yesterday. Went around and around with a very uncooperative Home Warranty company. It was going to take a week or more for them to get to me. In 100 degree heat, that's not an option! I called Drawdy's and they had someone here within a few hours. They quoted me on a repair and also on a full system replacement. There was no high pressure sales pitch, they just gave me all of my options.

I ultimately went for the new unit based on the age of the old unit and its history of breakdowns. They installed the new unit quickly and the crew was professional and courteous. I highly recommend Evan, Kyle and the crew at Drawdy's.
