I called first thing one morning and a tech was at my house in under a half an hour. He diagnosed my blower was bad and called while on site to find they had one left in stock. He came back the next day, earlier than he said he would, and fixed it right up. My only complaint is they are a little pricey, almost 500$ for labor (the blower was still under warranty) and to clean the unit.
I would think for no longer than It took, that would include cleaning out under the AC fan in the top of the unit, but that's my fault I didn't ask first. Otherwise I haven't ever had any complaints from Mack.

Per my Mom's request (Mrs. Irene Smith) I am posting this review for her. My Mom's A/C stopped working. She called this morning and got an appointment the same day. We had the pleasure of meeting Eddie and Kyle who were very professional and diagnosed the problem right away. We truly appreciate your help and assistance in fixing the problem. Helpful and very friendly! Came out the same day we called when others said it would be days. The technician, Kenny, was polite and explained our issues, without being a pushy salesman. He completed the work in less time than he estimated, saving me money! My only complaint is that I was told by Martha, the lady booking my appointment, that the service call fee would be waived if we decided to get the work completed, which IS NOT THE CASE! They do not waive the service call fee, but they did take a few dollars off of it. All-in-all, a good experience.

I absolutely love Mack Heating & Cooling. All of their techs are friendly and knowledgeable. I know that if I have an issue or even a question I can give them a quick call and they are always there to help me. My favorite tech is Kenny, I have been using him for years and I trust him. If he says I need this or that, then I know that's what I need to have done. Love them they are all truly amazing!

I contacted Mack outside of normal business hours and they immediately returned my call, informing me of how soon they could come out. The technicians were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to me along the way. While they were here, they also offered to provide assessments/rough estimates for other heating and cooling issues, which we will tackle in the future with Mack Heating and Cooling. I had the absolute best experience with Mack Heating & Cooling during my HVAC inspection on my new home. There was an issue the seller needed to correct and Mack Heating & Cooling had to come back a couple of times and every time they were prompt, courteous, friendly and very accommodating to my needs. We made appointments for Mack Heating & Cooling to service units at both our our homes. We were surprised that they were willing to service units that were 50 miles apart. We were very pleased with the thorough check of our units including recommendations received to maintain them. We need our entire HVAC system replaced in one of the homes and definitely plan on letting these folks do the job! Professional and highly recommended.

Mack Heating & Cooling is a 5 star company!!! Our house flooded due to frozen pipe and took out all our heating ducts during outrageously cold days. They came out, evaluated hvac, quoted extremely fair price for repairs, and fixed our hvac better than new in a very timely manner! They went above and beyond in repairing entire unit including all ducts.
They were extremely professional and cleaned up after themselves. The most important thing was the fact that they kept to their initial quote even when they did a few extra tasks that we offered to pay for! I highly recommend Mack Heating & Cooling for any hvac needs and I will personally call them if we have any future hvac needs!!!

Renay and I quoted multiple companies to replace our upstairs heat pump and re-duct the down stairs with larger higher R rated ducts on the first floor. Mack's quote was the most budget friendly and Mack Heating and Cooling did not try to upsell or add items not really required. Two day job completed on time and on budget with excellent work and right equipment for our home.
