My air conditioner decided to stop working during one of our hottest weeks, of course. I called to schedule a repair person to come out, thinking it would be a week before they could fit me in. Within a few minutes, they found a way to schedule a same day appointment. The tech who came out rocked it - she diagnosed the problem, explained what she needed to do, told me the cost, and had it fixed within an hour. This company's staff is outstanding!

This company screwed me over. Communication was poor and I felt I was over charged. Also, I ended up in trouble with the city because they came and did the work before the city permitted the electrical. I didn't know the legitimate process is to get the permit approved first and IA said it would not be a problem to put the unit in and then get the permit approved. Well it was a problem, and now I am paying for it. They just wanted the 'sell' and didn't care about my welfare.

From Thor who can out for our bid to Tommy and his partner who did our installation to the amazing electricians who came out to finish up the project, I honestly can't thank them enough. I couldn't be happier with everyone here at IA- everyone was most courteous and anxious to help. The receptionist, Rachael, who took my call, later calling me to report when the tech would arrive. to the tech himself who really worked very hard to find the problem which was not an easy task. (Thanks Joel) I have had several issues with my heater and everyone has been most helpful, fair and conscientious.

This was my first time dealing with an HVAC company and they came to my house twice. The first gentleman that arrived, Wade, was very judgmental, abrasive, and spoke badly about his coworkers. He did not complete the job, as I had to hire them to come back out to fix loose wires. Craig, the second gentleman, was very professional and friendly. Their prices are great. I will use them in the future, but will probably ask them not to send Wade out again.
