My A/C unit quit cooling the house down. I called several places but no one answered their phone until I called LM Wilson. The lady I spoke with was very helpful and pleasant and empathetic about my situation. Being without A/C on a 90 plus degree day isn't fun. She got a technician out within three hours and he fixed the problem. He even patiently waited till the storm we were having blew over to do the work. Brian was the technician and he was both professional and helpful. He didn't leave until he was certain the house was cooling down. I will use this company the next time I have a HVAC problem.

Matt responded to my emergency call on Saturday. He was there when he said he would be. He found my compressor was not working and replaced a part to get the system working again. Very courteous and helpful. Service: A/C system repair

I had Brian from LM Wilson come out and do an estimate for my whole system on a Friday. He came up with several options and ideas for me. He was also polite, professional, and prompt. Monday Tyler came out to fix my machine. He found the problem in seconds, and gave me options for servicing that discounted my parts prices. I was happy with his work, and look forward to having LM Wilson come out twice a year to make sure things keep running smoothly.

From the day I spoke with Christina to Matt coming to analyze our problem to Chico and Brad installing a new unit, LM Wilson has been the best to work with. They repaired my furnace by replacing the draft fan, then repaired my AC due to a damaged thermostat wire and then they moved both condenser units about 25 ft from the original location. They were unfailingly respectful and polite. There was an uncanny # of miscommunications (or failures to communicate) between the various service techs & the main office, so the job took longer than it needed to, BUT in the end, they made it right without me ever having to ask.

I greatly respect and appreciate that kind of customer service. I view this particular experience as a fluke since so many others have shared completely positive experiences. I will definitely use their services again.

Originally used LM Wilson to service old HVAC unit and service was top notch! Finally decided to have them install new equipment and again, superior service. Response time for service calls on all occasions has been outstanding. Technicians have always been knowledgeable, professional, and tolerant of my questions. Being relatively new to the area since 2013 and not knowing who to trust, I was lucky to have picked the right people.

I really appreciated their company. I was in a bit of a crisis with my commercial business which is an event center. Their receptionist was so kind and their technician Landon was very responsive and took initiative to make sure everything could be taken care of. They fixed the problems in a timely manner that saved the event that day and then came back to repair a few other items that would ensure I would not be in this position again. I like that the payment links are all through text making the whole process frictionless.

Landon came out to evaluate our system. He was on-time, listened to all of our concerns and was very detailed on diagnosing our issues. He gave us the straight forward answer to everything, which was greatly appreciated. I loved booking with the company online, and paying was just as easy. We really appreciate LM Wilson for coming out, and will have them back out again!

8 years ago, we had a traditional ducted HVAC unit and a mini split HVAC unit installed by LM Wilson. The service package that was included was a joke from the beginning- each time they came out, there was another new issue to be resolved (not included in the service contract of course). The mini split has been failing for some time and was replaced today by another company- we were informed and shown the issues with the unit stemming from incorrect installation from the beginning.

The freon line was bent and kinked so many times that it was a wonder that it lasted even this long. The lines were not properly insulated. This unit should have lasted much longer than 8 years and LM Wilson is at fault for its failure. Stay away from this company.
