I've used the services of All Zone for 5 years now. They installed new units in my home and have been doing annual maintenance with them. I was happy that they were able to schedule me within 48 hours of me calling in for a non emergency AC maintenance. I had to wait a little longer than they initially told me but i was glad to see that both technicians, Yosmani and Josue (hope I'm spelling their names correctly) wore face masks the entire time and were extremely helpful.
They went out of their way to make sure I understood exactly what was needed and why. They took the extra time that other technicians have not, to show me how I can do monthly maintenance myself so that the unit is better cleaned. Yosmani even had to install new tubing to make it easier for me to access for cleaning. When unexpected home maintenance expenses come about, it's not a good thing to have to deal with but the great service and having someone take their time to look at how best to prevent this problem, makes it worth the inconvenience.

My old A/C units were on their way out, and I decided to give All-Zone a call. That very same day my house was inspected and the process was started. All-Zone went above and beyond and employed their expertise to give me and my family exactly what we needed. All along the way they were beyond professional, quick, and responsible. I have used them for about 12 years since my last company stopped answering calls. During this time the regualr maintenance techs have always been on time. An under slab freon leak was detected on the first trip, and a new line run up the wall and through the attic at a reasonable cost. Two other cooling losses were addressed quickly with part replacements.
Anyone who thinks they can get AC parts at the hardware store is delusional. I have had the same service liason the entire time, who has been as helpful as I could ask for. Considering that I am at the far end of the county, the service has been phenominal, the techs always curteous and ready to explain details. A recent quotation for a new system (new freon in 2020) was very competitive. My two previous AC companies were 2-3 stars on a good day. All-Zone is for real as far as I am concerned.

These guys are your one stop shop! My old AC was 13 years old when I replaced it last year with a new unit from All-Zone. They came out, looked over what I had, did the calculations on how much Tonnage my house will need and gave me a quote. No pushiness or over selling. Once I got a few other quotes, they were the best price for what I was looing for.
Once I signed, they went to work and I have it installed in less then a week. Before my AC would run for hours without stopping during the summer, but with the new unit it was night and day difference. From the salesman to the installers that came out, they were all professional and knocked it out in a day. I even got the ultra UV light because my wife and son are very allergic. It has done wonders for them and our home. I have recommended them to both my neighbors and they also got new units. We have had nothing but great things to say about them

I called this company when my central ac was blowing hot air. They came out the same day and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. Very efficient but cost of services were out of control. I did a little research only to find out I could have paid for the item that was replaced anywhere from $25.00-$30.00 in my local hardware store. They charge me $400.00 for cost of labor and material.
So I paid approx $370.00 for 30 mins of labor. I went on google and learned how to replace the capacitor just in case this were to happen to me in the future, level of difficulty is slightly under moderate. Lesson to be learned is find yourself a good ac tech through references or word of mouth and put his contact number in your cellphone. I am all for profit but have some consideration especially when the level of difficulty is miniscule. Good day fellow yelpers.
