Excellent service. Fast, friendly, efficient. Respectable, professional, polite. They know what they're doing andoing and get it done. Every single person I spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable from the young lady who answered the phone when I made the appointment for inspection the day my AC died, to the 2 gentlemen who did the install today. Super impressed and cannot say enough good things.

Ranger installed our current system in 2018, and has been supporting it since. They responded quickly to the one emergency call we have had since then (problem caused by us) and are good with the PM scheduling as well. We recently had them in for an update to our thermostat as well as to perform a PM. Julia was the tech who was on-site, and she was awesome.

She was efficient, knowledgeable and had a great attitude. Having owned a service business for many years, I know a great employee when I interact with one, and Julia has all the qualities that are required to be one.

They installed a new Trane AC at one of our rentals. They had done the same job at another one of our units a few years ago. In all instances of follow- up and maintenence they have been prompt, professional, and courteous. Our rental property is incredibly important to us and Ranger made our tenants satisfaction their priority. I do not hesitate to recommend them without reservation.

I have been a customer of Ranger Air Conditioning since 2016 and have always been satisfied with their services. The Technicians have always been knowledgeable and honest. If you have questions, they always take the time to explain things. I have also always purchased a maintenance contract. I do not have to remember when to call them as they reach out to me to schedule my maintenance appointments. You will also get preferential scheduling during an emergency when under contract, thiughthey are very responsive anyway.

Excellent service! Came right away, and got started on our AC repair immediately. Price was very reasonable, and they did not suggest unnecessary repairs, like the previous company I had dealt with. Left everything clean and neat. I will most certainly use them in the future.

I have never been so pleased with a company like Ranger Air air-conditioning Since I have been in Florida for the past 17 years. They are not only professional but very friendly and do everything they promise. Mr. Tom Ranger is a complete gentleman and very very fair with his prices, in fact his prices were better than most of his competition. Our A.C. turned itself off on a Saturday (of course), and began a major leak. We made multiple phone calls to another company that we had been using, and got only voice mail, with no calls back. We were bailing buckets of water, and sweltering in 91 degree temps. A friend suggested Ranger, said they had always done right by her. We called on a Sunday night.

Nice lady at answering service said she would have tech call us. He called in less than one minute, and came to us in 45 min. I must repeat, Sunday Night! He fixed things that the previous company totally neglected and had made worse. Very skilled, knows what he is doing and then some more. He worked SO quickly and efficiently, and was cheerful and friendly the whole time. We are ever so pleased! Gold star to Ranger, and to Ryan, great wonderful tech!
