This company is outstanding. I called last evening, and James was here the next morning to perform maintenance on our unit. James is kind, professional, and very thorough. I have used True Quality Air for years. They are honest and have very competitive pricing. Not only that, but they do excellent work. I give them a 100% recommendation!

James came out after hours. He was professional, knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions. As a single woman I'm always afraid of being taken advantage of due to lack of knowledge. He replaced my ac unit for a great price. The other two companies wanted $2000 over what James quoted. James went into deep detail on what is required to maintain my unit annually. $168 for them to come out and service my ac every six months is a deal. I will use them for all of my future needs!

Just at three years ago I relocated to Stuart, Florida where I own two small, 900 square foot, 1BR, 1.5BA, apartments. I needed an air conditioning company to conduct semi-annual inspections and maintenance, if necessary, on the systems in both units. I selected Tru Quality Air based upon the few reviews which I read and the location of the company close to Stuart.
Everything went well for two years beginning with my meeting the owner, Gene, the first year and then a family member, James, who provided the inspections and services the second year. Prices were very fair, as they should be in Florida with so much competition. But everything went south this year, 2020. I delayed the semi-annual inspection in April / May, because of potential COVID-19 issues.
In June, I rescheduled the inspection but canceled it because of heavy rain and thunderstorms on the day of the appointment. I asked that I be called when there was another opportunity during better weather. More than a month later, I still had not received a call so I made an appointment myself through Laurie, office manager / representative. I was unable to hear her well during the scheduling because of the crying of a baby in the background, not very professional for a business.
On the day of the appointment, no one visited. I had my unit prepared. The tenant, an active brain cancer patient with limited mobility and activity, also took time and effort to prepare his unit. The day before I called the office to confirm the inspections. No one answered and no one returned my call although I made a request to that effect in the message I left.
On the day of the 10:00 a.m. appointment, I called again at 8:15 a.m. (15 minutes after opening). Again, no one answered; I left a message requesting confirmation; again no return call. I called a third time at 9:45 a.m. (15 minutes before the first scheduled appointment).No one answered. No one showed up at 10:00 a.m. as scheduled. I called the office at 10:30, still without anyone answering but I did not waste my time to leave a message.
I called the tech who had left his business card with me the year before. He politely apologized when he told me he had overslept because he was sick and he offered to find someone to substitute for him. That was an honorable offer; however, I told him to forget it. I left a final message with the office asking that the owner call me, but he never did. Overall, Tru Quality Air does not deserve my faithful business given the disrespect shown this loyal customer.

Critical: Quality We had a new HVAC system and duct work installed less than 2 years ago due to mold. Looks like they reused some duct pieces, even after we paid for new ducts, and now we have mold again. Also when they installed the new vents they over cut and we have cut marks around our vent. I was very impressed with the level of care I received from the time I called in to the time Gene left. I learned so much from this service that I never knew before. He was patient, informative and compassionate during a crazy time. Thanks so much Gene! Update: I was promised that the final resolve to my issue could be done the next day (Friday) and Monday latest.
I had to call myself after I was told they would call me. I set up the appointment for them not to call me or show up. For me to sound like the aggravation or problem to this. Gene was great but this is not professional even given the current issue.
