Amazing experience! My A/C went out on a Saturday with temps above 110 degrees. Just Air was there to fix it in less than an hour! They were able to send out a technician on a Saturday in less than an hour! The technician was polite, professional and diagnosed the problem quickly. He had the replacement parts ready in the truck and fixed the issue promptly. This was an ideal experience! I recommend Just Air to anyone who needs AC work in the Phoenix area.

Called at 8am and James came in at 9am. He spent only like 20 min to identify the problem of my suddenly stopped working AC system and fixed it right away. The price is very low. AC has been fine as we do take care of the mechanicals around the home. Last year this time we decided to find a new Service Company and my wife searched and found a boutique, family run Company in North Phoenix called Just Air, Inc. Their Owner James came and serviced the Unit while being understanding with our Covid concerns. Just Air is truly family run which now includes their son Bradley as a service technician. Bradley came out on time and began a very thorough spring clean and inspection and became concerned about the condenser motor.
He also went into the attic to observe the air handler and check the settings ala the cooling temps. He determined that we were very close to needing a new motor and we opted in. The sheer level of detail that Bradley engaged on & efforted was pretty amazing while honoring our safety concerns via Covid as a family member here is immunocompromised.
For a young man to have this level of understanding and emotional intelligence was very impressive and greatly appreciated. It also follows what we had felt from last years' service about the TLC and professionalism of Just Air. They may not be even close to being the biggest service provider, but we would be hard pressed to find a better managed and run organization.

Just Air was very responsive with great communication. They quoted me an upfront price and an installation day and there were zero surprises. Everyone from the company was professional and I would definitely recommend them to others and I plan to use them for regular maintenance of our new system. When my furnace went out, I called and spoke with a very friendly secretary who transferred me to James the technician immediately. He helped me arrange an appointment for someone to come assess the unit within 2-3 hours. The technician, Bradly, was extremely kind and professional. He wore shoe covers to keep the house clean and fixed the problem with the furnace quickly. This company is great - I will be trusting them with all future issues!

Bradley came out on a Sunday evening to help with an AC issue. My AC wasn't connecting to my thermostat. I was so worried my smart thermostat just junked out on me, I was totally bummed that I would have to pay a service fee for a problem that was unrelated to the issue. Sure enough Bradley checked a few things and then doubled check a few things and realized what the problem was.
He fixed my wire, signed me up for a three year service package, and was on his way! I was with one of those "corporate" AC companies that would not even give an option to come out and look at it until the next day! These guys were out in the matter of an hour to fix my problem. Highly recommend.

I have used this family-owned business for 10+ years. I call them for yearly service and I have purchased a new unit from them. Recently I called because our A/C went out during a hot summer night. I called before 7:00 am Sunday morning. They responded to my message in less than 30 minutes. A tech came as soon as possible. The A/C was repaired by 8:30 am and we only had to pay the service fee. No new parts were required. I always trust the owner and his techs to provide the necessary service needed, nothing unnecessary.

I contacted Just Air to have an old unit inspected. Just Air was able to schedule us in in a timely way, and they communicated well. Bradly went above an beyond to be polite, thorough, and tidy during his inspection of our AC system (both attic and outside). The report he generated--complete with pictures--was just what we needed. One of those very rare moments when we needed a solution based provider ASAP and really had very few options. Just Air appeared before my wife's eyes following an online search. We had discovered at dinner the night before that our AC was running, yet the home was not cooling. Heading into a 4 day stretch of 115 degree weather would prove potentially futile in finding a connection at this late date.
Before 7am the next morning, Danielle picked up the line and was so pleasant as she described her Family owned boutique cooling and heat company. Husband James ran the field operations and she managed the rest. What a find as she could not have been more accommodating and professional. Wonderfully she was able to schedule James to be at our home before noon.
And that happened- and so did the fix. The entire experience was so positive that we signed up for their ongoing, 'peace of mind' annual maintenance program. Sometimes the Universe is right in sync with you and delivers a wonderful outcome. Just Air LLC made good on this & more. Amen squared.

Diagnosed my two AC units, four and five years old to both need new fans and end caps. Very expensive and even with one warranty applied almost $1800. After repair, one unit was left with a group of wires sticking out of the top wrapped in black tape. One unit was also making a loud noise of metal hitting metal. James came out promptly, however when I questioned the validity of both rather newish units needing new fans and end caps he immediately very agressivly accused me for calling his son, the first repairman sent out, a liar.
I repeated that I simply found it curious that both relatively newer units needed new fans and James then became even more aggressively angry. I asked him to simply make the repair to the unit, to rectify the improper work that had been done by his son, and he again lashed out at me. I felt scared of this man and his out of control anger issues. I suggested that I would call the police, if he didn't stop the accusations, and just finish the repair.
He seemed in disbelief and then did get the repair of unit completed. He defended his son's poor work, as work coming from an inexperienced 18 year old. I said nothing to that but there is no excuse for such unprofessional work. His anger issues are very scary.

We purchased a new A/C Heat Pump unit that came with a new Wi-Fi enable, multi-function thermostat. James with Just Air, LLC took a lot of time to program the thermostat to our Wi-Fi and cell phone as well as programming the various schedules for the heating and cooling. James with Just Air had installed new A/C at our previous home and we were happy with the product and the service. So, when we moved to our current home we contacted James with Just Air to replace the old A/C unit as we knew we could trust him to provide a quality product with great service. James goes that extra step to make sure everything is done correctly and you are happy.

Tech showed up on time and was courteous. Didn't have me turn off my unit while he was working on it as second company requested to turn off while working. Was working fine but after just Air started working on it the strong smell of burning came thru vents. Gave me a quote of replacing some electrical parts of 800 plus. After smell I Decided to get second quote.
Second company came out said first tech prob didn't reconnect a part when done causing burning smell. Second company came in at lower cost or 650. So went with them. Prob won't use just air again.

Caveat Emptor. A few years ago.we had just moved to AZ and it was the first time I had an a/c system in the house, and I had no idea how it worked. The air handler fan would sporadically keep running indefinitely, so I called Just Air. They sent someone out who charged approx. $250 for installing a $4 part. Took all of 5 minutes too. I called the office to complain, and was politely told to (paraphrased) go pound sand.
But they put me on their call list and kept calling once a year to see if I needed service. No thanks! Hopefully being shamed publicly will encourage them to change their ways. Looking at some of the other reviews, I'm not the only one who got gouged.

My husband and I called Just Air to take advantage of spring tune up special, which everyone needs to do before this heat fully hits. We were impressed from start to finish. I have a relative who contracted James and JustAir to install all new units for their remodel many years ago. So in our previous home, after Goettl had drained enough money from us in repairs and even caused our roof to leak with their carelessness, I got fed up and we contacted James to replace the rooftop heat pump. He definitely left an impression on us.
That was 2010 or so. Fast forward 7 years or so, and I've never needed service from JustAir but always kept his magnet business card on my fridge and in my office just in case. When the humidity kicked in a few weeks ago, within a day water started pouring from the ceiling, I panicked and squeezed myself into the attic to find the culprit, which was condensation pouring out one of the attic air handlers. Further panicking, I left a message for James.
Within an our or two, which was about 10pm at this point, he called back and he immediately diagnosed a drain clog over the phone and scheduled a repair for the following day. He even remembered me from the previous installation. With the offending unit switched off to cut off further condensation build-up, luckily we have other AC units in our house to lean on.
Yet James still came out the very next day, in conditions that were just short of un-survivable in the attic, and replaced the clogged P-trap and drained all the water out of the air handler. He also installed float switches on both air handlers, which he ensured me would shut down the unit if the drain clogs to prevent condensation from building up and leaking onto the ceiling.
He invited me back up into the attic, and in detail explained what all the AC equipment was, how the units are designed to drain condensation, and how the drain switches work. Thanks again to James and his team at JustAir for their superior customer service, responsiveness, and professionalism, I don't know enough about AC repair to know how effective these switches really are, and they were fairly expensive to install, but read my review on Mike's Drywall to see what a clogged drain can do to your ceiling.

I first started using Just Air on August 11, 2007, the day my mom passed away. I got home about 1 am and my air conditioner was not working. It was so hot that we were desperate and began looking through the Yellow Pages (2007). We found Just Air and James, the owner came shortly thereafter. I don't remember exactly what was wrong, but he didn't have the part.
That very morning he drove across town to get the part and returned to my house to fix my air conditioner. Because he was so quick with a response and since he came in the middle of the night, we gave him a $50 tip. The next day, the biggest bouquet of condolence flowers was delivered to my house and they were from James. Since then we don't use anyone else. He's always been there if we have had an issue. He is super nice and hIs employees have been good, too.
That very morning he drove across town to get the part and returned to my house to fix my air conditioner. Well, where to start. Our unit started to blow warm air and we called Just Air as we had their card. They advised use that they would be available the next morning between 9-12. That was a bit later than we would have liked but we made arrangements. My wife decided to do some work from home and wait for the appointment but had to get out by 1:00 at the latest.
Around 11:30 my wife tried to call Just Air for an update as she hasn't heard anything. It kept going to their massaging until around the third time she called. The person she spoke with said they would try to get an ETA on his arrival. There was never a response back until the guy actually arrived at 12:15, fifteen minutes after the appointment window.
The service person apologized for running late and won't to the back to take a look. Upon a quick look he said we were running low on freon and was looking for a leak and would then check for pricing once the diagnosis was complete. It was at this point that my wife called me as she feeling like she was going to run late for an important appointment and was concerned about this guy's knowledge.
I had to leave work so sure wouldn't miss out on her meeting. It took me about a half hour to get back and upon arriving the service tech was walking out. He had advised my wife that he couldn't find the sound of the leak and would have to call out another guy with equipment to find the source and that would cost an additional 200 dollars.
My wife called to speak with a manager for further insight to why there was an additional charge and after a short discussion and ended up along the tech to leave the house and we declined further service from them. To Just Airs credit, they did apologize for the incident and didn't charge us for the service call.

Awesome service. I had been dealing with two different companies for over a week when my house was 95 degrees. We were feeling desperate. Another company (after waiting days to get on their schedule) and took a look and told us we just needed our coils clean. They didn't even address the burning smells or the sounds coming from our AC and insisted we needed the coils cleaned.
After having a bad taste in my mouth, we asked our warranty company for a different company to work with. They directed us here. Within a few hours of leaving a message, I got a call back that someone would be out here today. Jason came by. He was amazing! Not only did they come the day of within hours of me calling he also wore covers over his shoes in our house to keep our floors clean.

Just Air, LLC is trustworthy, experienced, and on time. I had an issue with my AC, and I called Just Air. A nice guy by the name of James M. answered my call, and helped me make an appointment. It was 108* today, so having someone nearby is helpful. My situation was VERY lucky as he was nearby and could assist me and my fiance. He was at our house in ~10 mins. Again, this is situational, as I called at the right time, and he had some time to meet us.
When James arrived, he had a card in hand (as this was his first visit to our house). He introduced himself, was extremely professional, wore shoe protectors in the house, listened intently to our issue, took an assessment, and took our systems symptoms into consideration. He found the issue quickly, and was honest with us. No beating around the bush, and had our issue resolved in a very timely manner.
Better than the bigger names in town as Just Air does not have to up-sell or meet quotas. Just Air is a honest company, and WILL be calling them from here on out. I would recommend to family members and friends.

We have been using Just Air since we bought our house in 2010. They have always been professional, punctual, and great at what they do. I have absolutely no complaints and I recommend them to everyone. We just had to replace our air conditioner and the whole transaction and instillation was fast, painless, and when they left everything was clean and looked like it did before they came. A/C stopped working around 5PM. Panic mode. Called Just Air and was able to get James out within an hour to take a look. I received a no-BS diagnosis and repair for an extremely reasonable price and the house was cool again within an hour. I fully trust him to overhaul my system when the time comes. I really appreciate the huge relief you gave us last night. It was much needed.
