Brisk Air did an excellent job on the replacement of our old air conditioner. They have a special way of installing the unit so that it runs very quiet. You cannot hardly tell when the unit is running! Great job and great service.

Matt and his crew replaced my 17 year old HVAC system, an excellent job was done. From begining to end, they did a thorough job of installing and fine tuning the system. He corrected a dual zone damper issue from when the system was originally installed by the builder, which improved airflow dramatically. They made sure the system was functioning optimally and cleaned up everything before leaving.

Matt and his team were very professional and knowledgeable. they arrived on time and got straight to work. they explained things as they worked and when they were finished showed me how to care for my new ac/heat and also how to use the new thermostat. I was so happy with the work and the value. they gave us a quote and that's what the price was nothing more which is so refreshing. if you need a new system or just need yours fixed these guys know their stuff and will definitely take care of you. Matt Prior was very responsive to our calls and our questions. His guys came out first thing in the morning and got our new AC system installed and helped us cool down our very hot house. I contracted Brisk for a HVAC replacement following a strong endorsement from a contact that used the company twice previously. The decision paid off immensely as Brisk was honest and fair, while performing a much more detailed installation compared to what would be expected from another company. It was a pleasure working directly with the owner throughout the entire process. Brisk focused on determining the right unit for my house as opposed to the most expensive option.

The owner was a true advisor and expert rather than a salesperson, something I experienced with my previously company. Brisk is an excellent choice for HVAC installation needs and I also look forward to working with them on the maintenance side.

This family owned company was referred to us by a close family friend of 30 yrs. Initially, we were VERY impressed & pleased with the owner & the work, not to mention the cost. However, the thermostat installed has failed twice. Twice, the owner has responded. Yesterday, August 8th, as outside temperatures soared, our thermostat again quit working & the temperature inside the house rose to over 90 degrees.

My husband contacted him first thing in the morning & was told to leave a message at the office. We waited & waited, hoping to hear back. We then called him again & again to no avail. We understand that it was a Saturday. However, I have medical issues, our dog is old & has medical issues & the heat got oppressive in that side of the house. The only saving grace is that we have a second unit on the north/bedroom side of the house, so we hunkered down there. However, the reason for this review is that we never once got any response from the owner after the initial contact.

All we wanted was WORD of WHEN we could expect him to be able to come & fix the problem/replace the thermostat. Today, tomorrow, Monday, Tuesday. When? It only takes a few minutes to respond with a phone call. Especially as Phoenix heat rises every day. Not good customer service. All we wanted was a response to let us know when. Updated: August 10, Steve came out to FINALLY fix our AC. Turned out to be a broken component in the AC.

He was punctual, friendly, wore his mask AND gloves the entire time. He was also apologetic to gear that no one ever returned our call & promised to mention it to the owner. We are still fans of Brisk Air, New River, thanks to Steve.

This is the second home that Matt has replaced both of our HVAC systems for us. Excellent service and very competitive pricing. The reason we went with Matt first was price and the referral we received from a neighbor was strong. We purchased the second system because Matt did such a get job for us with our first system and the quality of work that he does. He and Stephen are both very responsive.

My unit needed a 6-month check up and I decided this time to call one of the companies that don't have four full pages in the yellow pages. After sifting through ones that answer with a recording, or have to have "the person that knows that" call you back, or say they'll be there "between 8 and 12", or don't show up, I had Brisk Air come out.

I can't remember the last time an a/c guy didn't tell me I needed something. They were right on time, pleasant, professional and charged what they said they would. What a refreshing change.

The owner was at our home right on time. He installed our a/c/heating unit and was wrapped up in less than 3 hours. They even raked our landscaping gravel that had gotten disheveled during the installation before they left. They were quick, polite and quiet. I would recommend them any time for service or installation. Thank you Brisk Air.

One of my AC units stopped working. I called the company who installed the unit and he eventually came out to give me a quote. I was not happy and just had a bad feeling.needless to say, I called Brisk. Their service techs were out within an hour and fixed my AC in 2 hours.saved me hundreds of $$$, which is impressive. However, I was more impressed with their honesty, customer service and promptness! Thank you so much Brisk! You are now my Go To company for AC issues!

Brisk installed a new HVAC system for us recently. We love the new system, it is quiet, efficient, and perfect size for our house. I expect this summer will be so much nicer knowing it will be comfortable even in this summers expected record heat. Confidant that it will last many years as they really know their business. I was referred to this vendor by my home warranty company for repair on my KitchenAid refrigerator. They received the call early on a Wednesday morning. We confirmed an appointment for 11 am - 1 pm. By 2pm they never showed. We called in and was told the technician never received the dispatch notice. Now there are no technicians in the area. They will try again tomorrow.

Fine - we are patient, we will wait another day. Technician shows up on Thursday morning. While investigating the appliance tells my wife, since he can't see without his glasses, that if he breaks the freezer drawer while pulling it out, it is not there problem. Ultimately, he says he does not know how to fix it, and another technician will come out.

That was 11 Am on Thursday. Thursday afternoon at 2PM I call for a status on my ticket. Was told that they will contact the technician to get a status and call me back. No one called back. Friday morning I call at 8:15 AM to get status. Was told that the incident was sent back to my home warranty company. I ask "when?" answer "yesterday", I replied "when Yesterday? (trying to find out if it was before or after my 2 PM call). Was now being told by the guy on the other end to not be so aggressive and that I should calm down (I was not even close to agitated yet).

I said I wasn't agitated I just wanted to know the status. "Call your home warranty company and 'click'" he hung up on me. Not exactly the type of customer service we were hoping for. I would never refer anyone to them again.

The office I manage was having issues with our A/C. Brisk air came out on short notice, fixed everything and proved to be more reliable and more affordable than our last company. I now recommend Brisk Air to everyone and will be using them at my home as well. They are a local family owned business as an added plus.

A few years ago, before Peekaboo's time, my air conditioner unit broke in May, two days before I was leaving on a cruise for a week. I had cockatiels, so there is NO way I could have left the house without air. I was desperate to find someone- fast! I can't remember how I found Brisk Air, INc, but I'm glad I did. Matt installed my new unit in a few hours, I wrote the check and cranked the air until I was freezing. You're a life saver (five lives, actually- four birds and myself) Brisk Air!

I have been using this company for years, both personally and professionally. They always answer their phones and have the most ethical team. It's nice to know you can call an AC company that is going to treat you fairly and not upsell you items you don't need. I have always been happy with their work and prices! If I am ever without air or heat I can Brisk Air because they care about your comfort!
