It's been quite a while, but one of our bedrooms was so very hot in summer, more than the others. Turns out, the original installation was done wrong. Oasis properly diagnosed the problem, quoted me the price and took care of the problem to our best satisfaction. These people are honest, reliable, fair, and very pleasant. If I still lived in Bakersfield and needed service, I would call them!

We absolutely LOVE this business. A handful of years ago they did an inspection of our house to determine how energy efficient we are. Let's just say we were energy inefficient! (House, that is) The fine folks at Oasis developed a plan to help make our house more energy efficient. And boy it has worked! And all the follow up and maintenance has been a breeze! The technician who serviced the A/C was knowledgeable, efficient and professional. After servicing the A/C unit, he entered my house to check the thermostat and answer my questions in a professional and understanding manner. I've always been exceptionally pleased with the technicians who work for Oasis as they are professional in all aspects of their business and always arrive on time.

I asked this company to come give me a second opinion after I was told by another service company that I needed a new heating system and that it would be $7800 to replace. Julian from Oasis came out, diagnosed the issue and fixed my heater for $553. Julian was honest and professional. I will definitely contact them again for any of my ac/heating needs.

I had Oasis install our solar system. I chose them because they are locally owned and have been in business over 50 years. They were the only company I could find who warranties their solar panels without referring back to the manufacture. They also had USA made solar panels as an option, which I insisted on. All of my friends have PG&E true up bills at the end of the year. I never have a true up bill, in fact PG&E even owe me, so I know they sized my system correctly. They have great customer service and are very knowledgeable.

Our AC died yesterday when it was 104 degrees. I called Oasis last night at 6 pm and left a message. I got a call back from someone about an hour later saying they would send someone today around noon. (Always GREAT business when someone gets back to you right away, especially after business hours!) The office staff is wonderful! Today Eddie came and diagnosed, repaired our AC, and serviced it for a super reasonable price. Eddie was kind, competent, professional, and prompt.

It is obvious he takes an interest and pride in his job. His work was excellent. He explained everything to us. We were so happy with his work and his positive demeanor. We highly recommend Oasis. They might be good at AC work. But their solar division has horrible service. Been trying to get my pool solar repaired since the middle of May. I was told Harlen sets his own schedule. He came out a week later to look at my problem. Said someone would let me know when they could fix it. I called the office a week later and was told that I had to talk to Harlen. Every time I reach out to Harlen. He says let me check on it. My panels are sliding off of my roof

Had my AC replaced because it was old and was not working properly. Josh and Lalo came to work on our AC and I give them 5 stars super nice people, very informative, and super respectful. They made sure I was informed on everything they were doing, they cleaned up everything afterwards, and they made sure I have all the information I need even after the installation just in case something happens.

The office staff and technician were very professional and courteous. We were able to schedule an appointment for our spring maintenance within a week of calling in. When Mario, the technician arrived, he was efficient and very nice.

1st. I have had them install 4 HVAC unit for me. I relied on them to present the best options. I chose what they stated were good units, and three years later when they are breaking down, they tell me I should have chosen a different unit. 2. They do not offer and/or honor labor warranties. This, a few years later when your units are breaking down, the parts are covered but you are going to pay them for diagnosis and then also labor. 3.

They are very expensive. Not the most expensive, but still very expensive. The person I replaced them with, who is reputable commonly comes in at half their price. 4. Lastly, I made a personal contact at this company who I discussed a specific situation with, and said they would look into it. nothing happened. No call back, no follow up, no change in the situation. Sadly, I regret ever doing business with them. I think they used to be better than they are now. It takes a long time to learn hard expensive lessons about HVAC units. Beware

We have used Oasis Air for the past 15 years. They offer an annual maintenance contract to service my AC in the Spring and furnace in the fall. This contract alone has saved me heartache because they identified repairs before the heat of the summer hit. Plus if you are on maintenance contract and an emergency happens, you move up on the priority list.

Huge benefit if it's 106 and your unit goes out. But guess what - it has never happened because they take care of my units regularly. We used them this past winter and installed a more energy efficient AC unit and solar! Saint was on the job site daily to check with his crew. A word about the install crew, nothing but professional! They were careful not to damage anything and cleaned up after themselves daily.

There work is also clean - no unsightly exposed conduit running from the solar panels down the fascia boards to the box. It is all tucked away in my attic. Current estimate has us owing only $4 to PG&E for Tru-up. I highly recommend Oasis Air Conditioning and Solar.

Very professional and detailed evaluation of our a/c. No hard sales tactics. I will be using them to replace my system

They came out twice. and I paid with nothing done. I had a guy come out and he looked at the system and said I need a flushing of my primary drain and servicing. He would give my details to the office and they would quote me a price. Two weeks later still no call so I called them and they quoted a price. I said yes and made an appointment. When the appointment came the guy was in the attic for 5 mines and said he had to end the service because he found a leak in the primary drain pan and he needed a quote from the office to fix it. Charged me $70 and said the office would call me for another quote!@!

Once again they never call. so I call them and they quote me $1200 to fix it. I've had enough. I payed there call out fee for nothing at all and then I get quoted crazy numbers. Do not call this company.! It's been 6 weeks since I've first called them and all that has happened was I waited for technicians to arrive twice and paid $70 for no work to be done.

Replaced our outdated evaporative coolers with new ones. This company is amazing. Returning phone calls, arriving on job when they promised. Quoting the job and finished on time. Great customer service. Will use them again!

Oasis saved the day. My air conditioner went out the day before I was having 50 + people over in 107 weather. They were booked, when I explained the situation they said they would call if they got a cancellation. Long story short they came out the same day and got it fixed. They've got my business! Oasis did the HVAC system in my new home as it was being built. It has worked without much trouble for 15 years. Why I gave the mediocre review is what I have recently found. There was a leak in my attic where the heater and blower is; the a/c is split and outside. The big complaint is the way they attached the condensation line with a rubber hose directly onto a threaded galvanized pipe nipple with a screw clamp instead of using a 49 cent PVC fitting. The line was leaking at the clamp. This shoddy work would make Mickey Mouse proud.

Oasis Air is an excellent company. With something as important and delicate as heating/cooling, using a reputable company that will be here tomorrow to stand behind their work is a big deal. I feel comfortable letting Oasis visit my home and service my equipment. They are honest, fair, accommodating and always on time. You may find someone that can save you a few dollars, but peace of mind is priceless.

Had regularly used Oasis for service and repairs. Service tech's we've have had always are nice. Just recently we had them out to check on one of our office units. Turns out a small motor was out in a unit. Oasis quoted me $450 to install a new motor. We checked online and that same motor was only $159 shipped on Amazon. The time required to install this small motor was less than a half an hour per the tech.

Bottom line: Always double check your pricing for materials. There is some serious profit taking going on and an unwillingness to match pricing or even come close by Oasis. Good thing there are plenty of people out there to compete!

We called this company out because of there so called reputation, after telling whoever on the phone what the issue was and set the appt.so far so good.they showed up right on time but as soon as he looked at it the price i was told for service call went up by 130 along with the 79, so then after arguing with me about what the issue was he told us they can order this part for $159.00 i then pretty much told them to put back what they had taken off and heres your 79 and leave.total scam on that part, I went online and bought the exact same part number he was going to order for 9.97 + tax went to a local store and bought it, 2 hrs later we fixed our own hearing element. I personally thought he was trying to rip me off and will never use them again.

Five years ago we decided to get a new AC/Heating unit as we had been in our home since 1986 and still had the original unit. Oasis gave us a good price. We bought a ten year maintenance agreement and joined their "club" to get twice yearly checkups for a good price. After five years we had a part fail and Oasis repaired it at no charge, both parts and labor. Also we have found everyone we dealt with both in the office and at our home to be friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.

We have been having trouble heating and cooling a room in our newly built house. The builders keep telling us that it's working fine. So we called Oasis and they came out right away. The guy was so helpful and helped us figure out a solution to help cool the room. Very thorough. He actually knew what he was talking about unlike the guy that the boulders kept sending out!

Im giving this review for the receptionist. She was rude and I will never attempt to contact Oasis again.
