I had called Ductmasters back in January because I needed a new duct installed for my clothes dryer. I was very satisfied with the job. I then called them again for a cleaning of my AC and installation of new ducts. They did a great job with that too.

I originally used DuctMasters after having a new A/C system installed a few years back and still feeling certain parts of the home were not as cool as they should be. Someone suggested have the ducts inspected and that is how I came across the company. After having them not only tell me but showing me why certain parts were cooler than others and how the previous company just installs units leaves, I was impressed by their knowledge and their willingness to help the customer understand what they do and why they do it.

I did not hesitate to sign up for their maintenance program and haven't had an issue since. Nice knowing the A/C will always be running topnotch in the Miami heat. Every technician has been superb. Raul was here last time. Took his time, said everything looked good and was running as it should, asked me if I had any concerns and informed me this was my last visit with my current maintenance contract without being pushy or a salesman about it.

I asked him while he has still here to call the office for me to inquire about renewing, which he did while still answering other calls telling them he was with a customer and he'll get back to them as soon as he was done. A true professional all around. DuctMasters is my Go-To HVAC solutions company. From the office staff to the field techs they are all top notch!

I have worked through many organizations. Those who did not get the expected results. After that I came to know about air duct cleaning through one of my friends. I am happy to work through them. Good luck.

I had a dryer vent clogged snd my dryer was giving me error codes and shutting down. The tech that cleaned out the drain brushed it and when they didn't resolve the issue he used a compressor going from the attic down and also from the unit up. He was here for many hours ensuring the job got done right. Every time he cleaned it we tried running the dryer.

He was not satisfied until the job got done. Super impressed. Honestly, most people people and companies would have quit a couple of hours into the job. Great value and will consider them for future needs.

We bought a home and notice that our bills were very high. Our initial home inspection indicated that our ducts appeared to be original to the home. We decided to contact DuctMasters for an inspection. Austin did a very detail inspection and reviewed the details with us immediately. We decided to replace our duct system. The job started and ended as expected.

We were informed of any issues or findings while the job was being performed. The crew was professional and friendly. They sure know what they are doing. We are extremely satisfied with their quality of service, honest and professionalism. Their attention to detail and customer service makes them top notch. I called DuctMasters on a Saturday morning of memorial day weekend because my AC went out, and they were able to help get someone out within a few hours. David F was so helpful and great to work with. He was very understanding of all of our building's protocols and helped us get a COI to the building and everything handled same day. I really appreciated the staff and David's help and we're happy to be enjoying our holiday weekend with cold AC!

Just made another call to receive service about coming home to my home being over 80 degrees and disgustingly warmer than outside, after a hard day of work. This is literally my 5th or 6th call and the rep hing up on me after I explained how it is unacceptable for me to have to pay extra for something that I purchased in full from them. This is greatly becoming a regret, like I really need this happening during these times. *Update 02/20 I was contacted by a real manager from the company and assures that I would get the earliest service call. The 3rs party phone support will be addressed and I can enjoy the ac once again.

The answering service is very good and professional. I called them asking them for a simple duct cleaning. ($695) and they scheduled a initiation visit. At the initiation visit they offered a few add on services and even quoted me for a new A/C UNIT. I didn't want any of the add on services, just the duct cleaning. When I told the technician (Austin) this, then he tells me there is a $1,500 minimum job to come out to even do the duct cleaning. What?!

I was never informed at any point about this. Clearly, this company is taking advantage of the high demand for their services and only coming out for a $1,500 minimum set of services. I then called Lowe's Duct Cleaning and they came out the very next day for a full duct cleaning for $279.

I had a great experience with Duct Masters as they replaced our old AC unit. They also did a great job with cleaning our ducts out. We were truly shocked with the amount of mold and debris that was in our ducts. These guys: Brian, Anthony and Mozart came in and in one day cleaned our ducts, replaced our old unit and upgraded our thermostat to a very futuristic Nest device.

We are very happy! The new AC unit gives a more consistent air throughout the entire house. I am no longer constantly going over to the thermostat to make adjustments. I definitely recommend them! Brian is especially such a great professional with a vast knowledge of air conditioning!

I called duct masters to investigate an odor in my AC system. I was given an very high pressure sales pitch. It was $7000 for all new ducts or your children will get sick. I called In 2 other companies for second opinions. Both said system looks pretty good. Coils don't even need a service yet, but if you smell something we can clean them. $350.

I called DuctMasters on Tuesday with an emergency request. I was getting a new AC in the morning and needed the ducts cleaned same day. They sent someone out within an hour. They did a great job! My vents look and smell brand new. They kept my home clean and cleaned up after themselves. There was a small disagreement with the charges and they fixed it right away. My new AC is up and running and thanks to DuctMasters the air is flowing through clean vents! They came highly recommended by my AC company, weathermakers.

From start to finish, this company is truly A+. The owner was very responsive and knowledgeable, even over the phone. He was very understanding and accommodating of my schedule and to a situation that ensued after I made the appointment. The two technicians, Adian and Brian, were very professional yet friendly; they even went out of their way to help my mother hang her painting!

The price was very reasonable and the service impeccable. I will use them moving forward for any air conditioning issues that I may have in the future. As we all know, a reputable A.C. company in Florida is hard to find. Two words to anyone reading this review: use them! You will not regret it.

Very happy with my newly installed AC, which has some great features I never even knew about. Duke was especially helpful and informative, taking the time to explain each aspect of the system. He did a great install and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. A+!
