These are really good guys. Honest, very knowledgeable and incredibly fair. They are one of the few places that will clean window ac units. They talked through the issues with my 2 window units, recommended great new units and disposed of the old ones. Thank you! Service: A/C preventive maintenance

Jules and Collin were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They arrived the same day I called and installed 2 window AC units. Any small issues they encountered during installation they were able to overcome quickly. They listened to my feedback on the quality of their work and even made a few small modifications to their work based on my feedback without protest. Would definitely recommend!

Great customer service! They arrived the same day we called, the installation was fast, and they gave us great pointers on how to maintain our air conditioner units. I will definitely be using them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

Howard came and did a walk through and assessment of all our AC's which are through the wall units. This was super helpful in formulating plans and having all our questions answered. Initially, they suggested to do over phone and look at pics but definitely insist on in home walk through. Jules and their awesome crew cleaned 3 AC's, brought one additional new unit and were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional.

We turned to Mike's Air Conditioning to install a through-wall AC unit, and also to install and clean some window units at our home in Park Slope. They are just a super bunch of guys, very responsive, and do a fantastic job. I queried Mike's Air Conditioning about getting a window unit repaired, and after a short, honest conversation ended up deciding to get a new unit rather than opting to have it serviced. That sort of counsel can be hard to come by and I greatly appreciate it. I look forward to having something break that it makes sense having them fix.

I spoke over the phone with Jules. He advised me on how to get my unit clean and mold free! He was very thorough and knowledgeable of the issue at hand and was willing to consult me patiently and kindly. It's not often that companies give you free advice and not try to "rip you off". Contacted Jules Wednesday afternoon and had set up appointment for deep cleaning dirty (mold ridden window unit) on Thursday evening (after work). I got a call that they were in the area a little earlier than expected and this turned out perfectly. Howard and Sean were very courteous, informative and kind. I could not ask for better service. Howard said, see you two hours and his timing was impeccable.

They left my home clean, cool and comfortable. And in the New York City heatwave 92 degrees feeling like 100 in my home. Hire these guys! You will not regret it. Jules let me know it wasn't to my advantage to pay for my little window units' cleaning. He also instructed me on how to clean it myself since the cost of him cleaning it was more than buying a new machine. I appreciated the honesty! Thank you!

When it rains it pours my dog needed to see a vet and my air conditioner decided to stop working during the first day of the heat wave. I called Mike's knowing I couldn't afford to get both my air conditioner fix and my dog. But I called anyway. I wasn't expecting Jules to ask me all the questions, ask for photos, and give instructions on how to fix it myself.

I wrote everything down and my grandson and I took it apart and fixed the problem. I'm so Grateful to God and Jules for Making it possible for me to get through the heat wave and take my dog to the vet. I will be recommending them to everyone!

Called Mikes for assistance with a dirty mold ridden window unit and was surprisingly greeted with a answer that didn't involve selling me a service. Rather I was given a honest cost saving response on how to perform the maintenance at home, and then plenty of other fantastic educational material. Far more than I could have asked for considering there was no profit for them. You will be the first ones I, or any of my friends or family, call for any future AC needs based off of this alone. I called with a few questions on why my window unit was freezing up and they answered all my questions and made suggestions on what to try to do to fix it. I'm going to try the suggestions but if that doesn't work i will indeed be call back and working with the cause they gave good professional advice. Thanks juiles.

I called for a small A/C cleaning for mold. Mike's was extremely helpful. He explained to me that it's not worth my money to bring it to them since he needs to charge a big service fee. So instead he gave me a bunch of free advice on how to open it, and to use white vinegar to clean it. It was super helpful, and saved a bunch of money. Thanks Mike's!

My wall unit conked out on me and Mike's AC came to the rescue. I called early in the morning on a Saturday, hoping to get on their radar first thing. I explained my situation over a few calls and texts, and found Howard and Jule's to be extremely knowledgeable, accommodating and responsive. My wall unit was a little tricky to access since it had "built ins" surrounding it but they were able to provide a solution and I had a new AC unit installed and the old one removed within 12 hours. I would definitely use them again!
