Julio was absolutely outstanding. From start to finish dg Meyer was not only professional but an overall fantastic value. The technician showed up early, worked diligently, didn't try forcing unnecessary services or warranties, and was very friendly. After having multiple companies (including the one that installed the unit) come to diagnose the issue without resolution. Julio figured out the trouble within minutes.

The company then ordered the part and came back the next day to finish the service! They worked with my crazy work schedule and produced not only professionalism but customer service overall with a smile at a fair price!

$90 bucks just to come out and diagnose and no type of military discount for veterans, HARD PASS. Don't trust anyone that Davis Bros suggest unless you want to be scammed/ripped off! Military, past and present need to go to www.serviceexperts.com and talk to someone via the chat about their military service, and they will give you more information as well as a discount!

The technician that came out was quick, kind, and polite. The call was same day service and the tech did not try to 'up sell' any products. The service call was completed at nearly 7 pm. Highly recommend!

Our AC went out on Monday 3/27, and we had Dave from DG Meyer come out that day. He diagnosed the issue, and had to order a part in order to get it fixed. I called the following day and spoke to Shelly who informed me that they would get the part in on Thursday for service on Friday. While of course we would have preferred it to be done immediately, we can't rush shipping.

This morning (Friday) Dave showed up a little before 8 and got our issue taken care of very quickly. Glad that we chose this company as they have provided excellent customer service all around at a great value.

I quoted with several companies when I decided I needed to think about replacing our AC system. When Chris stopped by to see what we had, we felt extremely comfortable with him and he answered all our questions. After reviewing all the quotes, we decided to have them replace our system. I am glad we did. They provided the best system and checked out all our existing ductwork as well.

They did such a good job, my dad ordered the same system and had them install it at their house. If you want a good quality system, high quality installation and a reasonable price, I recommend D.G. Meyer Inc.

The past few years I've actually been disappointed with D G Meyer. They do nothing to reward loyal customers. We've been in our house about 22 years and never used anyone else. Now when I call for my maintenance check in summer, I'm told I have to wait as they're to busy with just keeping people cool that don't have air at all.

They will not, for whatever reason, give me the extended warranty/maintenance like I had on the old unit. I know I mentioned it to the salesman so its their fault, not mine. I just overpaid to basically just have the drains cleaned, and he looked at the outside unit, I think. I know he didn't go up into the attic. Finding a better/cheaper company. Like I said, not what they used to be.

Two days ago we received our new AC unit. My wife and I were just talking about how stress free this purchase was. Chris covered all the bases and came back on his own. and checked their installers work. PERFECT JOB. The estimates I received from his competitors were everything but. Thank you D.G. Meyer.

This is the only company we call for electrical or air conditioning service. They are the best! They have done lots of work for us on several different occasions and we are very happy. They hire honest employees. Their electrician did some work for us today. Brian was straight forward with us and didn't drag the work out. He did exactly what we needed done and in good time! We will definitely continue to call D.G. Meyer for any future electrical or A/C service we need. We absolutely recommend them to everyone.

They came out and saved us over $800. Another company wanted to replace a part that they deduced was causing our unit to stop cooling but it turns out a cable was cut by a weed whacker and it was causing the unit to short out! They fixed it with no problem.

I have been with DG Myers for 2 yrs. My air was not cooling so I called and the tech said the coil is full of lint. About a half hour later he said the coil is getting old but we should have 2-3 yrs left. 2 days later we left for vacation and returned 3 weeks later. Again, I called DG Myers and was told by the service if it's the same problem I would be charged.

I asked what if he didn't do a good job the first time? I told her I would pay if it's something else and I wanted the same tech. I was told the tech would call early afternoon when they are a 1/2 hour out. At 5:10 the tech called (not the same one who worked on it)and said if he came they would charge for the same problem. He went on to tell me I have an old air and if something is wrong parts would be hard to find.

I said it was installed in 09. I hung up. I found Polar Bear Air and he showed me the coil which was full of lint and 2 other parts with corrosion. After 2 hours of him cleaning he was dirty and sweating. The space where the coil is and the wall is tight, this man worked very hard to get the coil clean. No tools can be used for cleaning. I must say something has happened with Mgt and Techs.

I no longer trust and believe the PR service has changed to be very poor. You would think if they cared I would have received a call when the tech told them what happen. No call. Polar Bear, you have my business. They get 1 star cause they answered the phone.

Do not use these liars and thieves. They installed our unit that cost $5000 in September 2012 and every single year after we had to have them come out to replace the blower motor and we would have to wait 3-5 days for repairs bc they have to special order the part. This September we called 2 other companies out and both told us that the unit was to close to the house and the duct work wasn't placed properly.

Therefore the motor was working to hard to push air into the house and the static charge was to high for the unit blowing out the motor. My husband called this company and told them they need to come back out and fix their screwup and they wouldn't call him back or speak to him. I got a hold of channel 9 news and all of a sudden dg Meyer was calling us to look at the unit.

When they came out the guy said it was installed to close to the house. Go figure. They pulled the unit from the house and then less than a month later the blower motor went again. Luckily it wasn't the hottest part of the year like every time before but 3 days we waited for part. They call on a Friday and set an appointment to install motor and when I wasted my morning on Monday no one showed.

I called that afternoon to be told they didn't have the part yet and never told my husband ( who asked me while on the phone with them if I would be off Monday so they could come) they would be there. So we had to wait another 2 days for them to come out and fix it. Oh and on top of everything we still had to pay half of the repair! If I could give no stars I would. They don't deserve any!

I cannot even give DG Meyer even one star. They are the company that the previous owner had install the unit in 2013, so we had them come out in July for a routine check-up. We thought the guy did the job. On September 19, 2016, the unit stopped working. My husband called & they said the same guy who serviced will be out at 3pm. At 4:30 my husband called to see where he was.

They said he had to go to another call but they never called to tell us that he was going to be late. The guy tested the unit and the capacitor was on a weak run & was replaced. We were charged for the service call & labor to install new capacitor. He was here for a total of an hour - $79.95 for service call & $64 labor to put in capacitor. In 2 months would the capacitor get that bad?

I think not. I called to question this since I was not home at the time he was here. The girl was nice but I asked to speak to someone higher up. Steve (who I found out is the VP) was very ignorant, very unprofessional. His comment was "oh well that is what we charge". We will never use them again.

Back in October, during a routine AC Filter change, I noticed the filter was really wet. The unit was leaking water onto the filer. When our previous AC company was unavailable, I thought I would try D. G. Meyer Inc for the first time. BIG MISTAKE! The repairman came out and said the problem was a clogged Drain Line. He repaired it, $114.95. He then noted "System working to Specs" i.e All Fixed!

Not Really- Next day, we noticed the exact same symptom, water leaking on to the filter, making it soggy. We called back and they sent out the same repairman who "fixed" it last time. This time the problem was diagnosed as a dirty coil. $614.75. I asked to have that reduced by the previous amount we already paid for the 1st failed attempt at serving the system. DG Meyer claimed that the previous problem was a "different problem" which they fixed.

They said This was a different issue, just happened to have similar symptoms. Whatever. $729.70 later at least I had a unit that was working. So I thought! Now that it's 85 outside again, guess what? During a routine AC Filter change I found that the unit is doing the exact same thing, leaking onto the AC filter, getting it all soggy. We called them back to say "Hey, you never did fix the unit".

They sent out another repair person (another $79.95 "diagnosis fee") who says that now the reason the symptoms have returned is that there is a leak in the outside unit & the system needs to be recharged. Which they will gladly do for another $375! We said, "No we have already given you over $800 to fix the unit which you have failed to do". Their reply, "This is a different problem, It just happens to have the exact same symptoms" as the other two failed repair attempts.

After my experience with DG Meyer, I can only come two 2 conclusions. 1) Their repair techs are fine people who are unable to accurately diagnose a problem and 2) They company DOES NOT stand behind its service.
