I have been working with Jeff's Mid Florida for almost 10 years, and mainly interface with John. They are top notch, never a sales pitch, always honest and trustworthy. They earned my business when my new construction unit failed in the very last year of a ten-year warranty. They worked to get approval for the part replacement (not a minor part either, entire condenser unit).
They help when i can troubleshoot, they find solutions to keep units running, and they give honest feedback when it is time to do a full replacement (which i've also done thru them). Look where they spend their money, it isn't on flashy advertising like many others, it is in their people. They earn their reputation thru their work. Their crew is constant, another testament to good management and leadership. Thanks for putting people first, and thanks for brining value and quality at a fair price.

Only HVAC company I will use on my home. Manager for a home builder and needed a customers HVAC repaired on a Friday night. Austin was incredible. His customer service is way above any of the other HVAC companies I have been working with in the area over the last four years. Professional with the homeowner and myself from start to finish. Jeff got things set up quickly and helped me when no one else was. Can't say enough of how impressed I am with the service.

We just moved into a new house and at some point between the inspection and the move, the a/c stopped working. Mike was able to come over within an hour and within 2 hours everything was fixed for a fair price. He also took the time to walk me through what type of air handling and heating system I have in this new property. Very satisfied, glad I found them and will definitely be a returning customer for a long time to come.

Called Saturday morning and left a message. John called me back within a half hour and said he'd be out in a half hour. Right on time, John showed up, diagnosed the problem and told me he could not get a part until Monday morning. John call about 8:30 Monday morning, installed the part and had my home cool within the hour! Thank you John for keeping me updated on all aspects of the job and for getting me cooled off quickly!

We lost our AC 6:00 a.m. in the morning. I called Jeff mid Florida at 6:30 a.m. on Sunday Labor Day weekend and they arrivedat 8:30 a.m to fix our AC unit. My wife and I were very shocked but happy about the immediate response. The knowledgeable technician fixed our outside AC unit within 15 minutes and charged a fair price for fixing it. Ah cool air in my home again.
I have used this company for 15 years and would not want to use any other company. In fact, my father has used this reliable company for years as well. I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends.

Another a.c. company said I should get a new a.c. 8t was to expensive to repair also told me thing s that were wrong Jeff explained my a.c. was in good shape did not need new a.c. repaired for 575 dollars only ne3ded a fan motor. Honesty hard to find today he could have tr83s sell me a new ac. Can't find enough nice th8ngs say about Jeff.

Tried to request a proposal for a new unit and it took over 3 days before someone could scratch their head long enough to call me back then they called me back and gave me the run around finally I requested warranty info, scope of work, timing for removal and install, and payment requirements then all I got was crickets. Maybe they had a busy week idk but very unprofessional and very unresponsive
