Critical: Professionalism Just saw a service tech blowing off a refrigerant recovery tank right out of the back of his truck in Barnaveld, NY. BIG NO NO. EPA levy's a 20k fine for not properly recovering and recycling the refrigerant. I should have took a video and blew him into the epa for the reward. I wouldn't hire these scabs.

Had an AC unit installed and it has not worked from day one. They do not stand by their work and I have paid to have them come look at it only to say "your thermastate was at 68 its your fault you can not turn an ac below 70 you froze it" which is complete bs. In reality the put in the wrong size unit. Called again they gave me some long speech about how time is money and they have more important clients etc to take care of first and when i tried to speak they just talked over me more bs not standing by their work.
Do not use! Not installed correctly, bill to come look at their mistakes and won't take responsibility for their poor workmanship and clearly dont know what they are doing (wrong size unit, saying you cant turn a thermistate under 70). Van crook! Do not trust or give business to a company like this they over charge, don't stand by their work, are rude unethical unprofessional and do shotty work.

Critical: Professionalism Pretty sad when you're kids can't get safely on a bus because this companies drivers are in such a hurry they blow past the STOPPED School bus! This happened in BSpa NY so whomever your drivers are they are not being held to ANY standards or even basic driving laws? Will never use your service!

After reading the reviews on here, I'm sure they will continue with this illegal behavior. I work on in a building near Canal St. in Syracuse. EVERY DAY Van Hook Trucks have almost gotten into an accident due to GOING RHE WRONG WAY ON A ONE WAY STREET! What is wrong with you?! Today not one but 2 of these trucks had to go around me because they were going the WRONG WAY. Both! Our building has cameras so when one of these trucks hit someone, I hope they get sued!

After getting rear ended by one of the service vehicles the comment from the president of the company "Mike" after informing him of my wife and 6 month old, my wife needing an ambulance was "you and I both have insurance, this is why we pay our premiums. you need to contact them. A "I hope eveyone was ok.and I am sorry this happened" would have been a nice start.
