20 yo furnace started acting up - Jerry stopped by to do a check-up and found some MAJOR problems that could've turned into a mess and a half. Calmly walked us through not only the problems, but multiple solutions as well. Was professional the whole way through. Deided on a replacement instead a piecemeal fix, wasn't inappropriately upsold. Really appreciate the company and of course Jerry.

I just purchased my first house and during the inspection realized the AC unit was not working. We cleared closing and had an appointment with Reimer the next day. They sent out George W. who recognized the house from previous maintenance visits and he was able to quickly diagnose a loss of refrigerant. He was able to fix the AC unit that day and provided me with some tips on how to keep my HVAC system running well. George was super helpful and knowledgeable, he answered all of my questions.

All ways very knowledgeable and timely. We've had two major projects needed in the last few months replacing our old furnace and hot water tank. We originally placed an emergency service call on an off day and time through the phone service. The response was delayed and we eventually canceled the call and called during regular business hours. All the service technicians we met with were professional, knowledgeable, thorough and detailed. We will continue to use Reimer for our home repairs.

They called me to confirm my appointment and I was at my moms doctor appointment that took a bit longer than usual due to a new system they were using. I informed the lovely lady on the call, and she was so nice and moved my appointment down and sent the staff to another appointment to give me time to get home. While not being upset which is superb.

Then when my repair guy came Derrick very professional, introduced himself and ask how I was doing and ask if I had any questions for him. We went over all the questions and then he started checking the furnace. Afterwards, Derrick was very thorough in explaining the process of buying a new furnace from the basic standard to the high efficiency one. It was a great experience minus the bad news that I needed a new furnace but this made it easier to process the news. Thank you

Just moved in our new home and was not familiar with how to erase the various schedules in our thermastat. Zach came over sam day we called when we couldn't get the heat up to our desired temp. Zach was very pleasant and was able to figure out the thermostat and even did a check of our furnace. Will definitely use them again. Service:HVAC system maintenance

My hot water tank broke and I needed to turn the water off to my house as a result of it leaking. Chris S. took my call right away and came to give me an estimate that morning! It was only a few hours before Chris L and Matt came by to install my new water tank. All three were very professional, took time to explain everything and were very efficient! My day started off terrible but Chris S, Chris L and Matt came to the rescue and my day ended great!

Todd from Reimer was able to replace our homes's main water supply shutoff that was as old as the 57 year old house and had a bad leak. The replacement turned out to be more complex than originally thought due to how the pipes were laid out, but Todd was able troubleshoot the issue and fix our problem.

Andrew not only walked me through what he was looking at but was able to teach me some things I had no idea about while he was at it. I both feel more comfortable with the state of my furnace but also on what things to look out for in the future Service:HVAC system maintenance

I am very happy with my water heater installation. My technician Bryce was very profesional and courtesy. did a great job, along with Chris who performed an ac tune up the day before and arranging the new install.

I called Reimer for the first time because I was having a leak with my shower. I was really impressed with their service from the start. The woman who answered the phone was polite and made great notes about the problem I was experiencing. She was able to schedule me same day. Marty came to the service call and was wonderful. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Carl came the next day to do the work and he was phenomenal as well. Highly recommend this company!

Mitch was very knowledgeable and explained the options we had available for a replacement hot water tank. Also, he was explaining the work that would be done and the benefits to becoming members. Todd and Sam were very professional, courteous, and helpful with the installation of our new tankless hot water tank. They answered all our questions and accommodated a request we had. Best in town-hands down. Reimer is the only service provider we trust for our home. Chris R. recently came out to our home to service our furnace and AC units. He was polite, professional, transparent, and extremely informative. We learned a lot as he walked us through what he was doing and testing for at every stage. Chris is also an absolute joy to have a friendly conversation with! Couldn't have asked for a more positive experience. I'll be getting Reimer on the horn for everything my home needs in the future!

Our technician, Chris S, was very professional, courteous and polite, introducing himself immediately. He then proceeded to provide outstanding customer service and an excellent customer experience, taking care of a water pipe leak we called about and another water pipe leak I had noticed just prior to him arriving. He worked quickly to repair the water pipe leaks, and completed the work leaving no mess leftover for us to clean up after.

He diagnosed a toilet leak as needing a new wax seal, and upon our request to examine the current condition of the toilet, was able to provide us valuable information so that we could make a financially wise, educated decision to schedule a future appointment to replace the toilet, instead of simply replacing the seal (which he was more than willing to do, not pushy at all). Chris S was the ideal tech, extremely qualified and personable, and someone I would highly recommend!

I will definitely be calling Reimer for future plumbing, heating and cooling needs. ***UPDATE*** The toilet has been installed, technicians Todd T and Sam showed the same professionalism and expertise that seems to be a common theme with Reimer. Old toilet was removed and new toilet installed quickly and with no mess left to clean up. Again, I highly recommend Reimer!

We love being able to call Reimer and have someone come right out. Marty came out for our annual Hot Water Tank maintenance today. He's very friendly, on time, and clean. He's also very good with all our animals. He's also very efficient and quick; in and out in less than an hour. Highly recommend Marty if you need someone who is knowledgeable and friendly!

I called on Friday 2/10/23 to inquire about a boiler estimate. Greg came Monday 2/13/23 and our boiler was installed 2/14/23 and functional in 1 days time. Nick and Robert came on 2/14 for the install and did a great job. Great upgrade to an HE boiler. Reimer made this process Amazing. I'd recommend them to anyone. Pictured is a before and after.

We had a furnace, hot water tank and sump pump replaced on two different occasions due to equipment failure. They were friendly, professional and experienced. Quick response. Explained everything in detail. What they quote you is what you pay. Highly recommend.

Recently got a AC part fixed by Reimer. Everyone I dealt with in company was extremely professional from the office workers to the repairmen. I have three dogs that are friendly (but a handful) which the workers were very nice to. Prices were straightforward and the work was completed on time. A minor issue came up after installation which the company came out and fixed under warranty, and again were extremely friendly. Would recommend company for HVAC repair.
