This company has been great to work with. They installed a new ac in our house 5 years ago and we have the twice a year service and techs are great, Tyler is the best! I had an issue today - a Saturday afternoon- with my ac, and called and spoke to Andy and he was super helpful- did some troubleshooting on the phone and asked me to call back regardless. ( turned out it was an electrical surge which caused a weird buzzing) but I couldn't figure it out so he sent Tyler over and he took his time to go through the entire system and check everything, explain stuff and got everything working again very quickly.

I also love that the techs wear shoe covers, since we don't wear shoes in the house. They are always super neat and tidy and like they weren't even there- except everything always works better after they are here. Always a pleasure to do business with them. They are prompt, reliable and professional but also personable. Thanks guys! Update: had a new guy, Ricardo, equally awesome and helpful and thorough, easy to talk to, awesome service as usual. It's always a pleasure to have them at the house.

Just had Andy of Ambassador here to address a plumbing issue. After another plumber couldn't discover problem of mold on bathroom floorboard, Andy opened the sheet rock and spotted the problem within 15 minutes. He further searched til he found the source. He will contact our homeowners association and prescribe repairs. Timely arrival, professional discovery and excellent post job clean up. Can't praise further. Will use Ambassador thus day forward

I was stuck on a hot night in Florida with no cool air coming out of the a/c. I got Andy on the phone - after hours - and he got me onto a full schedule for the next morning. He called that morning and suggested I do something with the power supply and that simple fix got the a/c working again. I then asked him about a maintenance contract for the 20 year old system - since I know I had never had it serviced in the 4 years I owned the condo.

We set that up for a very reasonable price and Hector just left - super friendly, efficient and neat! Most importantly he gave the unit a clean bill of health. Very impressed with this company - straight shooters; no attempts to upsell or give unneeded services. 5 stars in my book! Shout out to Cassie as well - who handles scheduling. She kept me informed about when Hector would arrive - and like the others - is super friendly.

I was having an issue with the HVAC UV bulb and my thermostat was unresponsive. It was my first time calling Ambassador Air Conditioning. They answered my call quickly and had a technician (Tyler) come out the same day (within an hour or so). This was great given the hot temperatures! Tyler delivered professional service: was knowledgeable, explained what was causing the issue, friendly, answered all of my questions, and most importantly, fixed the issues! Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend Ambassador Air Conditioning.

Ray who performed the service call was fantastic and did great work. Pricing was fair and will definately call whenever I need work performed. Also called and he was there in 45 minutes which I thought was fantastic. Definately a business that is customer service oriented. I’d give more stars if I could!

Great company! They have put in a new air conditioner for me and now plumbing!! We had a clog in a pipe. Hubby worked on and couldn’t clear it out. Called Ambassador and they were over in less than 30 min. The technician was very polite and quickly went to work and had it cleared and done in no time! Very satisfied with this company and would highly recommend.

We’ve used Ambassador Plumbing in the past and once again great customer service. Ray was pleasant and competent. Very professional service and we will use Ambassador again.
