I had Bob Bolt install a new furnace and air conditioner. They came out right on time and Joel, the technician, was excellent! He was professional and made me feel at ease during the process. Bob provides wonderful customer service! He installed a new furnace and heat pump for us in the summer of 2020. He has come back a time or two to adjust a couple of things for us. Had used many years ago and was pleased. Called recently for service. Left message. No courtesy of even a reply. Tried again two days later. Another voice message. Still nothing. Tried a third time and got someone on the phone finally. Came out the next week and quoted me literally close to 5X for an A/C servicing what the next company I called charged to do the exact same job. Draw your own conclusions, but I won't be fooled again.

I have been a customer of Bob's for over 15 years. I have had him replace 2 air conditioning units and 2 furnaces. The first 4 or 5 interactions he was great. I liked his service very much. The last 3 times have not been pleasant. He SOLD me on this Coleman furnace and I bit. Since then he has dropped Coleman because they are terrible machines. In the meantime my Coleman breaks every other year, same part.
It takes Bob literally 2 mins to fix it. The first time it was around $100. The second through fourth times it was around $400, this time he wants $899?!?!?!. I've noticed over there years his prices are arbitrary. And he'll get the max price he can out of you. Unfortunately I cannot recommend Bob. His practices have changed.

We needed a new HVAC system and got three estimates. Bob was very competitive and so we contracted with him. When the day came for the install, he was right on time and worked quickly and efficiently. He was also very knowledgeable about the type of system that would work best for our situation. 5 stars!

Bob is an Awesome Professional. He is easily accessible and very prompt. I needed a rush service as my furnace was out and he amazingly fit me in within an hour. He was able to fix the furnace promptly and is always more than fair with his pricing. Bob goes above and beyond all expectations. His service is second to none. I would highly recommend Bob. I keep his number handy and have used him for many years for all my HVAC needs. I will definitely continue to use his services for future needs.

Bob Boldt has been my goto HVAC resource for several years now. He's been prompt, straight and fair with me since the beginning. This is where it started - my furnace quit working on one of the coldest days of winter, a few years back. I had called Bob for a 2nd opinion after Bonfe tried to convince me my furnace needed to be replaced. Bob quickly diagnosed the problem, recommended a new part, not a new furnace. He fixed it on the spot, and my furnace has been running without issue ever since. What could've been a several thousand dollar bill was a couple hundred.
