Eric Pereira was just a "20-something kid" in 1988 when he started Air Around the Clock with his friend, Steve Cartier. Eric's father, Lenny had been in the A/C business since the late 70's, so it was in his blood. Eric and Steve hit the road with two trucks and a lot of heart. Eric and his dad, Lenny were pioneers in an industry that wasn't used to putting customers first.

I had two replacement systems installed. I would first like to thank the team. These guys were professionals the entire way. They arrived on time, worked cleanly, neatly and diligently to complete the job in a timely fashion. The work was done in a professional manner with attention to detail. I have had the new Carrier systems for a short while and so far they have made a difference. The variable speed is a pleasure. My air conditioner was draining quite a bit of water out of the outside drain. This was my first experience with them and I am extremely impressed with the company and the staff. I spoke to Paulo on the phone and he scheduled to come out that afternoon. He arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. He spent a lot of time checking my air conditioning system and diagnosing the problem.
He was very patient, answered all my questions and made sure I was satisfied with the work before he left. I will request him whenever I need service in the future because he is AWESOME! I highly recommend this company and their technician!

Customer service is terrible. Repairs not completed- vague lies about parts being available/unavailable. technicians each giving different diagnoses regarding ac repairs. salesmen calling to encourage us to replace unit although it is quite new. very upset that they are so untrustworthy and bottom line they have been promising to fix the AC for a week but just collect money without fixing anything. No manager to talk to when I call, I am very upset with how they are treating us as customers.

Staff came on a Monday to help fix a leaky water heater and was awesome! He gave very helpful advice and provided options to repair/replace at a number of different price points. He replaced the drain with a leak-free copper ball valve. We could not be more pleased with the service he provided. I will definitely use them again.

We had Air Around the Clock re- duct our system from a 2 unit system to one and rezone it for our 4 level home. From the first call to get the estimate to the revisit after install we had nothing but excellent service from everyone on the team! They are respectful, professional and great communicators. We knew what to expect with the job and when to expect them to arrive.
I cannot say enough good things about this company. Hands down the best service ever! Our new system has been terrific and we've enjoyed our home this summer more than ever by being able to cool each floor separately. I wish we had done this years ago. Thank you ATC!

I have had my split system installed today, on the agreed day on time, on budget as quoted. The workmanship was fantastic as is the split system quality From the original quote through to completion I really felt I was in good hands and I was right. If you are looking for aircon or heater work I would highly recommend. These guys come when they say they are coming and do a great job. What more to say. Recommended!

The heater in my condo stopped working. I ended up waiting for 2 weeks before calling ATC. They came over same day and took about 2 hours to diagnose and repair the issue. Apparently a breaker had failed, but the heater itself was fine. They charged me a fair price and I felt satisfied with the service. It's been over a month and it's still working great. I would definitely use them again. Honestly, I wish I had called them in sooner. Thanks again for your help!

We are very pleased with the service we received. We were having our central air bi-annual check and the service tech saw we were about to have a major issue with our water tank heater. It was leaking and we would have never known until we had water leaking into the ceiling. Once found, less than 24 hours later they were able to install a new tank. The plumbers were professional, courteous and friendly. Cleaned up the area after themselves. We have had a seamless transition without any issue. Thank you so much.

Called them at 7:30 pm as an emergency to have someone come fix our AC that went out. I told them my wife has health issues and we needed someone to respond that night. They do advertise as 24/7 service. The operator had no idea when it if someone would contact us that night. No one called let alone come out. We received a call around 8:30 the next morning.
I told them we called someone else that was more responsive and we had our AC fixed by noon. What a joke. Don't call them and don't think they will even call You back if you do.

These guys rock! We had to call them on two separate occasions for a clogged toilet after hours. Both times were awesome! Scheduling the appointment was easy. Then, the plumber called to provide an estimated arrival time, showed up ahead of schedule, charged us a fair price, and cleaned up after himself. The guys are super nice and do a great job. Highly recommend!

This company does not understand basic CUSTOMER SERVICE. All they want is your money and will provide no follow-up at all. When you call them, they are rude, belligerent and and completely unhelpful for the most basic request. DO NOT USE THEM! There are many other reputable A/C and plumbing specialists out there that will do the job and provide follow-up. Again, be warned. DO NOT USE THEM!

My AC is broke unfixable so I call for an estimate on a whole new system they set up an appointment for Wednesday between 4:00 and 7:00 no show no call I waited till 12:00 Thursday text to back thanks for nothing then Friday morning they call and want to know if I want an appointment for an estimate. Hell no if your service is anything like the way you run your estimates I would be without air conditioning just waiting on you with no reply or no response after you set up an appointment I am definitely happy I went with Elite air and electrical great deals and great service

I was charged $995 for labor only to replace an evaporator motor in the attic. I contacted 3 other Local AC companies, and all of the prices were around the same between $500 to $525, which is more reasonable and fair. I am very disappointed that I was charged this outrageous amount for only 1.5 hours of labor. PRICE GOUGING is illegal. I am being taken advantage of, it's shameful of your technician to expect more than his fair or reasonable labor price. I am requesting a partial refund of the difference (which I was not granted obviously). HIGHWAY ROBBERY. Very terrible company to do business with.

I had a Rheem AC and Condenser Unit inatalled with a Honeywell programable thermostate and Rheem Hot Water Tank with a wifi smart app capability! (pretty cool)! I was meet with professionalism from my first phone call to the project manager and to every person who was on the job! All were on time with conatant updates on arrival times! It is good to find a company in South Florida that I can give a 5 star rating!

We ordered an AC professional to fix my elderly mother's frozen AC and they sent a tech out to diagnose within hours last Friday afternoon. The first tech ordered another tech to return on Saturday but he wasn't very kind with my mother (that's why it's not a 5 -star review). He told her he couldn't work on anything until she emptied the closet where the AC is located. She's a stroke surviver and although she was probably being difficult (she's elderly), she is physically unable to empty the closet of the household cleaning products.
My brother got on the phone with him and told him to try cleaning the coils before anything more expensive and extensive. They couldn't gain access to the condo roof because the condo association needed 24 hour notice, so they returned first thing Monday morning to get on the roof. The Monday technician, Nigel, really impressed my mother and she asked me to write a review to give him praise.
She even gave him a thank you tip (which she rarely does). He cleaned the coils inside the unit as well as whatever magic he did on the roof. AC is blowing cold now and I'm happy that my mom is happy! Big shout out to Nigel for turning a bad situation into an awesome one! Hope this helps you make an informed decision!

18 months ago Air around the clock installed a new HydroTech ac unit and I've had nothing but problems with them since my tenant called them numerous times for Freon leak, I had to call another company to check the issue and they said that the evaporator coil must be replaced. I had to convince air around the clock to order a new coil under the warranty, finally they accept but said they will charge me $590.00 for the labor, I said OK. after 3 weeks of waiting the coil arrived and they called me and asked for an additional $1000 for labor bringing it to a total of $1590.00 just for labor.
I spoke to the manager and asked if I can have the evaporator coil and install it with another technician at the fraction of what they are asking but they refused. They are rude and not flexible at all. I do not even recommend they to my enemies.

I have used air around the clock for over 15 years. They have the best service from the time I call to having someone at my door to fix my AC. Today, I was at my Moms and her hot water heater went. It was old but when I called, they asked me to send a picture of the unit and got all the details so they could be prepared to replace if needed. So professional and installed the same day so my Mom could have hot water. Thank you AATC - service, product, and people, best in class.

A couple of things first I want to say that we've used these folks for years However I am not sure what has happened to the business because they have definitely gone down hill quickly starting with the NASTY receptionist that need to go back to customer service school! We have a elderly neighbor whose AC went out 2 wks ago we. Called - it took 3 visits and a total of 5-6 days of NO AC in this heat for a 90+ year old widow to get her compressor replaced which was under warranty anyway and was mis diagnosed and when replaced the idiots who replaced it didn't bother to do a through job and failed to check the Freon after they finally replaced the compressor so guess what the AC went out AGAIN!
No empathy or compassion until we got involved to help her get this resolved again. So the moral of the story if you use them beware and stay on top of them and if you're elderly get someone to help u cause they don't care if it's 100 degree out and they've messed up the two times before. They work on their schedule! TERRIBLE SERVICE

I had this company install a completely new system less than three years ago. Within the first 3 months I started having problems with the unit. The unit has broken down over eight times (several coil leaks inside and outside, the capacitor and thermostat, stopped working) and the customer service department is rude and useless. They even demanded that I pay for their error, when a technician fixed the wrong thing, causing them to have to resend a technician to find the true problem. The one honest technician admitted that the company sold me a "piece of crap" that would constantly be in need of repair. BUYER BEWARE!!!
