We had a problem with one of our heating units and I was sure it needed a new fan motor, and was prepared to pay for that. When they examined the unit, they found that it was just a loose wire. Most companies would have replaced the fan motor anyway (and made a lot more money on that visit), but Conditioned Air tries to save me money whenever they can.

In this day and age where customer service seems to be a thing of the past, I find the courtesy, professionalism and follow-through of the Jon Wayne staff to be refreshing. Everyone I have ever spoken to is polite, helpful, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile. The service techs always wear the 'booties' inside to protect carpets and flooring.
