Frank Stevens began his journey into the HVAC industry at a young age along side his father, once out on his own he worked hard to receive his master mechanical, plumbing, and gas licenses. After receiving his master status Frank orgainzed H-VAC in 1993 and purchased Central Plumbing & Forced Air Furnace in 1995, ultimatly incorperating into what is now known as H-VAC & Central Plumbing.
Here at H-VAC & Central Plumbing we provide many different services for commercial & residential buildings. We charge a flat hourly rate for our service calls, unlike some of our competitors. This ensures that you will never be suprised by any hidden fees anytime thoughout your service call. Our repair services are available 24 hours a day, because we know not all emergencies happen on a 9-to-5 schedule. We make scheduling a service call very easy, simply call into our office at (417) 886-2808 and we will get you on our schedule in no time.
We offer free estimates for installations of H-VAC equipment, ductwork replacement, water heater replacements, water line replacements, new commercial buildings or remodels, and many more. Our Estimate process begins with scheduling a date for our certified estimators to come out and talk to you about exactly what you are wanting done, we will then gather all the necessary information needed to create a quote for your specific project. Even though we are a Premier Lennox Dealer, we have extensive knowledge in quoting and servicing a variety of other brands.

Just because you're having a bad day, doesn't excuse being extremely rude to others. Pulling into your parking lot to observe a large fire at a nearby business does not justify the way in which you acted. This demonstrates your true colors, and reflects poorly on your company as a whole. Nothing that I did constituted such rude behavior. Be assured that you will never receive my business, nor the business of several contractors that I personally know, and have contacted since your extremely rude actions today. Good luck in the future, but an attitude adjustment might prove beneficial for you in life in general, as well as in business.

I'm very pleased with the service from H-Vac. We lost the freon in our old air conditioner, during series of unusually hot days. (So hot we elected to stay in hotels over the weekend) It was quickly diagnosed and a replacement was recommended. The R-22 refrigerant our old unit used is no longer manufactured and remaining supplies are highly expensive. Frank's recommendation was an economical unit with an SEER rating of 13.
Not as efficient as more expensive units, but more than adequate for our purposes at a reasonable price. I appreciate that there was no effort to upsell to a more expensive unit.
