We're pretty sure we've completed as many major hotels in the past decade as anyone outside of Las Vegas. Fun ones like Great Wolf Lodge in Dallas, super cool ones like the Joule in Dallas, high profile ones like the Marriott Marquis. Some of our largest projects have been Local, State and Federal Government work. We've completed dozens of projects for the Texas Facilities Commission, multiple projects at Austin, San Antonio and DFW Airports. Only one TAB firm in Texas has completed more Hospital work than us and those guys have been around 40 years longer than us.

TAB Technologies, LLC is NEBB certified in Air and Hydronic balancing as well as HVAC and Plumbing Commissioning. We are also members and active participants in the Building Commissioning Association, the Energy Services Coalition, the AGC, IEST, and ASHRAE. Our president, Glenn See, has been the National Environmental Balancing Bureau's (NEBB) Chapter Affairs Committee Chairman since 2014 and also a member of the NEBBs Board of Directors since 2015.He was also the Technical Committee Chair on the Texas NEBB Board and maintained a position on Austin ASHRAE's Board of Governors from 2002 to 2013.
As a full service contractor certified by NEBB in Air and Hydronic balancing as well as Building Systems Commissioning, we can provide all standard test and balance services as well as offer more specialized assistance. We have developed capabilities to assist in planning prior to construction, in the course of the actual installation and in the utilization and long term benefit of its occupants and processes.
