I called on a Sunday because our AC unit appeared to have quit blowing cold air. Unsure of the problem, but with the house warming throughout quickly, I called Lee Collins AC. I was impressed with the kind, helpful, and quick customer service and response time even during the weekend on off hours. Joseph was our technician. I appreciated his communication and responsiveness.
He was able to get our AC back on track on the same day service call, which we were very grateful for as the the weather is getting warmer by the day! We had a very positive experience with all of their team members that we spoke to that day from scheduling to technician. I would highly recommend Lee Collins AC and will continue to use them for our AC/HVAC maintenance and service in the future.

I have used Lee Collins for years and been terrifically happy. I understand it was recently sold, and the service is definitely not the same. First, they didn't have my records. Understandable - records do get lost in transitions. I asked if the same people were there - yes, they were. A new guy came to the house. Joseph was very nice. However, he didn't come with appropriate tools to do the job.
He asked if I had a short ladder to check vents and returns in the house. He said he had one on his truck. I got the ladder. To enter my attic from the outside, his extension ladder was "too big." So I got my extension ladder for him. I have a hard time believing I'm the only person in a ranch home with a split unit up in the attic. My attic opening is per code, so what?
On the invoice it says I "insisted [I] would clean her own coil on ground." Nope, he told me he would take out the leaves on the bottom this time only, that this wasn't what the call was for. I would have to have someone come back and do a "deep clean" if I wanted the coils cleaned. I asked what exactly a deep clean was, and it was hosing off the coils. I said I could do that. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

There business hours are horrible and they use a worthless answering service that can't do anything. I recommend that you never ever use this company! They will rip you off and never show up! Yesterday I had both of my heat pump units replaced and the air handlers by Lee Collins technicians. There were 4 of them and took the whole day to complete the work. They never rushed the job and paid attention to every detail. The were very careful in making sure not to mess the house and cleaned afterwards. The units worked perfectly afterwards and Matt the lead technician and the rest of the crew were very polite and professional throughout. Thank you Lee Collins. Jay

I have a home warranty and Lee Collins was selected as the vendor to service my systems. They found a major issue during my spring service with one of my units. The work they performed was very good. The tech was knowledgeable and they were professional and clean. I did have an issue with the coverages that the warranty company denied however the general manager did a quality call with me and straightened it out. I appreciated that and she was very good.

We have used Lee Collins since 2000, have bought 4 units from them over the years and referred SO many people to them, because Ken was excellent and respected loyalty.and just very professional.last week we had them come out and service two systems at our new place.within a week one system stopped working.they are not standing behind their service at all! What is the point of doing annual maintenance? They are now a horrible company to do business with. Ken sold and now the company is awful!

A few weeks ago, I had Lee Collins to my home for an AC tune up. My unit was 20 yrs old and not in the best of condition. The information was called in to my Home Warranty company, who approved the AC replacement. I was extremely lucky to have this work done early in the year and did not have to wait on product. Lee Collins is a wonderful company that I have used for years for my AC tune ups.
They always do a great job and I was very happy to have them do the work replacing my AC unit. They were always on time and gave me a call when they were on the way. From the tech who did my tune up, to the office personnel and the installation techs, everyone was professional, friendly and kept me informed as to what was happening. I could not ask for a better HVAC company to take care of my cooling/heating for my home. Thank you Lee Collins for being there for us!

I just had a new AC unit installed by Lee Collins via my home warranty plan, and they did a great job. The two installers, Matt and Kyle, did a very professional install and made sure the roof area was perfect and clean upon finishing. We ran numerous tests on the new electronic thermostat to ensure it was perfect for heat and cooling along with adjusting the air speeds. I now have them planned for my second unit replacement.

This company is horrible and disorganized. They never show up at the appointment time and they never return a phone call. When they no-showed on my scheduled appointment I called to find out where they were and they claimed they had already come out days before to fix it. They cannot name a date or time that the technician came out. They never left a receipt, and never notified me that they had completed the job.
So IF they came out like they're claiming, they trespassed onto my property. They STILL have not provided proof of repair after being asked several times by my home warranty company. Don't waste your time.

Ken was extremely responsive on a weekend and diagnosed the AC issue after the first vendor didn't do a thorough job through our home warranty. I am so grateful to him. He wasn't supposed to come out until Monday but came by on Saturday afternoon. Then he called on Monday morning to see how it was working. He went above and beyond! Thank you so much. My new go to AC company.

Love Lee Collins AC! They are a company that fixes just what needs to be done with no scam tactics. Been using them for many years when a lady I worked with said they would never rip off women. I have been a property manager for 20 plus years and work with many vendors in my profession. I was referred to this company through a home warranty company, Lee Collins Air conditioning was my worst experience with a company I have ever worked with. Very unprofessional and rude. I had a single mother with 4 children and this company seemed like it was a bother to help solve the problem in a timely manner. Would not recommend them to anyone!

I have Fidelity National Home Warranty and they use this company as one of their service suppliers. They sent someone out to fix one of the A/C units at a rental home I have. The tech said it was the termostat and changed. This was Sunday. By Tuesday the unit was not working again. Had to wait on line with Fidelity for over 30 minutes as of this text still waiting to try to get them set up to go back & fix the unit.
Not sure who I am more frustrated with, Fidelity National Home Warranty for long waits on line to get service or Lee Collings for not fixing the unit the first time. This is not the first time this has happened with them. They seem to always do a 1/2 way job when making a service call. They will continue to have poor ratings and only get business from warranty companies until they can do a professional job fixing the problem with one service call not numerous ones.

Steer clear from using their services. They installed a new furnace at our property and left their work unfinished for 2 months now and they are yet to come back and fix it. Our tenant cannot turn on the furnace because these guys haven't finished their job. Worst HVAC experience ever. A company is only as good as their customer service and these guys rank as the worst.

My A/C broke down. I called Fidelity Home Warranty and they sent a rush service request to Lee Collins Air Conditioning. I got a text saying that Lee Collins would call within 3 hours to schedule and appointment. It never happened and I had to call the company myself. When I called, the person who answered did not even sound like he knew there was a request sent out to his company. He did not give me a reason and just told me he will call back from 10am - 12pm the next day. Lee Collins Air Conditioning never called.

Two stars for the simple fact they fixed our a/c. For that I'm grateful. At that time, we were told the filters we require are a special ordered size. They say they can order them and deliver. After a week of waiting we begin to call. We offer to come pick up the filters ourselves. No. We are repeatedly told by the guy who answers the phone he will pick them up and deliver tomorrow, or today, or tonight, or some specific time.
It never happens, and apparently this is the only dude who can pick these things up!? It's been MORE THAN A MONTH now. ANNNND this guy sounds irritated as hell every time he answers he phone, as if we are being a nuisance. My house needs continuous dusting and my children's allergies are flared. I just called again. He answers (sounds irritated) puts me on hold, and then hangs up! THE. WORST. CUSTOMER. SERVICE. EVER.

Called Lee Collins Air Conditioning on one of Phoenix's record breaking hot days for our shop A/C. They were here right on time the very next morning and made necessary repairs. Expected a $2,000.00 invoice. Actual invoice less than $200.00. Punctual, knowledgeable, thorough, dependable, honest and respectful. Couldn't be happier with the service from Lee Collins. I highly recommend.

I have an old beast of an air conditioner. When I bought my 1960's townhome, the inspector said it had to be replaced. Three years later, and the beast keeps me cool every summer. Until it didn't. You know how to spot an honest company? Show them your old shit, be a young looking blonde woman, correction. be a single young looking blonde woman, and see what they have to say.
No one tried to up-sell me. In fact, the guy said it was a quality unit. I think he even compared it to an old army jeep: terrible gas mileage, but it keeps on truckin'. #MyHeart (Me + Beast 4-Ever.) I was like, are you sure? You're not going to laugh at it? I had a guy laugh at it once. Nope. It sounds good, just needed a new fuse. And then he recommended I switch to a different type of air filter. Actually, same advice my mom gave me. Damn, my mom's smart.
I should start listening to her. Came same day. During record breaking heat. Fixed the problem. Did not BS. Answers every call. I wish I could insert a "praise Jesus" hand emoji here.

At times, it can be frustrating to work through Fidelity Home Warranty to trust they will send a quality service company. Well, working with Lee Collins Air conditioning was great! Ken was really exemplified quality customer service. He was patient with me while explaining the issue and let me watch during the repairs. This was excellent service during the most critical heat wave just encountered! Thanks Ken!

WARNING! Do not use Lee Collins Air Conditioning. They knocked down the racks in my closet and all the clothing, while attempting to access the panel with wires behind them. Consequently, the panel was not a fuse box. The contractor then denied causing the damage. If you use them, watch their every move so that you will not have to call a repairman afterwards.

I'm not usually this lucky, through my home warranty company, I was assigned Lee Collins Air. Over the last few years, my older A/C unit has been starved for attention. Since my initial experience with Lee Collins, I have been impressed. Each time that I have called for service, they have been professional, kind, empathetic and have arrived when they said that they would.
I trust them so much that I have given them my door code to service my A/C in my absence. I strongly recommend this company, because of their work ethic and reliability. (They even came out on New Years Eve, on a last minute request because my unit had stopped heating.)
