I didn't use this business but would like to speak to the professionalism and kindness of one of the employees I had the pleasure of meeting. I dropped my Apple Watch on the street in Seattle and Thomas found it. He called me to tell me that he had it, and was very responsive and accommodating as we figured out a plan for him to drop it back off to me.
When we met, he refused to accept any money or other reward for bringing it back, despite the fact that in doing so I took time out of his work day. You don't often meet people who are so genuinely altruistic and caring. I am lucky that Thomas was the one who found my watch. This company clearly knows how to hire employees of outstanding moral character, and based on that alone, I would recommend them to anyone.

TIM GONZALEZ: I'VE BEEN WORKING FOR LEGACY FOR ALMOST A YEAR NOW. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS I DIDN'T COME ABOARD SOONER. IVE HAD A STEADY INCOME WITH GOOD BENEFITS AND PAY TO PROPERLY PROVIDE FOR MY WIFE & OUR 3 TEENAGERS. MY SERVICE MANAGER IS RATED BY MY STANDARDS TO BE IN 1ST PLACE OUT OF THE 3 BEST SERVICE MANAGERS I'VE EVER HAD IN 15 YEARS. HE'S EXTREMELY INTELLIGENT AND DOESN'T RIDICULE YOU WHEN YOU HAVE A TECHNICAL QUESTION FROM TIME TO TIME. GREAT ASSISTANT SERVICE MANAGER HE'S ALWAYS ON TOP OF IT THIS GUYS A REAL PROBLEM SOLVER. THE DISPATCHER IS VERY INTELLIGENT AND SHE FULLY UNDERSTANDS HER JOB SHE KNOWS HOW TO ROUTE US IN THE FIELD PROPERLY. THE PRESIDENT OF THE COMPANY CAME ALL THE WAY OUT HERE TO SEATTLE JUST TO EXPLAIN OUR NEW MEDICAL BENEFITS. THIS A LARGE COMPANY BUT IT FEELS VERY FAMILY ORIENTATED.
