Infinity Heating and Air designed, reworked, and replaced the air supply ducts beneath our manufactured home to accomadate the needs of our heat pump. They also did the annual service on our heat pump.

They were prompt, showed up on time, very professional, friendly, fair priced, and explained the work required on how to use the heating and cooling system going forward. I have dealt with five members of the staff and they were all grade A+.

My AC stopped working in the middle of a heat advisory. As you can imagine, they were very busy and it took a couple of days to get someone out. Look, the fact of the matter is our furnace wasnt working and after a 30 minute visit from Infinity it was working again, so I cant be too harsh. But its $165 just for them to come out. I get it, there has to be a minimum charge for the time and expense of making a visit. But if the whole job can be done in 30 minutes, then perhaps its just a $165 fix and thats it. Nope, they charged an additional $50 for Flame sensor cleaning, which took the technician about 5 minutes to diagnose, tear down, fix, and put back together. $215 for 5 minutes of work equates to $2,580/hour. A bit on the steep side if you ask me. For $165 house call, the first hour should be free.

We had no heat pump or auxiliary heat. We are a little ways out of town, but they had no problem with that. Technician arrived early and went right to work. Found the problem very quickly and repaired it on the spot. The cost was competitive and fair. I would definitely use them again.

Our heat pump quit working quite noisily on one of the hottest afternoons this year. Called the next morning and Matt showed up that afternoon to repair and get our house cooled down. Without the AC our house was over 80 degrees, and now it is cooling back down to 70. Thank you Infinity!

No charge nothing just awesome advise when i was in a pinch.
