We were very pleased with the customer service of this company. The team who came out to access the initial problem, arrived on time, did what they set out to do, gave us a detailed explanation of the problem. The owner of the company made a second visit to assure us that his company could handle the issue. They did so in a timely manner. We were impressed with the company because he and his team ended up working over time.
They did so without complaint. He gave us the weekend to make sure the unit was working properly. Giving them time to fix any additional issues if needed. Everything was working even better than before. He followed up with us a few times after to stand behind his companys work. I would gladly refer this company to others. An owner who truly cares about his companys work ethics, doing a good job, completing a task as promised and has great customer service; is a business I hope is around for a long time.

Majano Heating was very legit. He showed up with a truck that displayed his logo, he was dressed like a service tech and came right in and got to work. He started at 815am and completed by 9am. I had heat after not having heat for months and after he trouble shoot the issue it was a simple fix. The invoice amount was surprisingly reasonable, he is not out to rob people.
I gave him more than he invoiced and he tried to give me the difference back, I told him it was a tip, I meant to give him the amount I gave him. This also showed me he is a man of morales and integrity. I really appreciate him for getting the job done and warming my house up.

Very professional and polite. Very knowledgeable. Called ten other people and none would come today, all said 2 days out. He was prompt, fixed air in 30 minutes, clean, didnt break anything, cleaned up, explained everything what was wrong & what parts were replaced with the unit. Id recommend him anytime! Mid July is no time for your air conditioner to go out in Louisiana. Not just because of the heat, but also because you may be waiting a while for someone to be able to come out. After calling around and getting recommendations for the past two days, a friend recommended me to Majano Heating and AC; This was Friday afternoon. The earliest I could get before I called him was Tuesday or Wednesday, if there was a cancellation.
The thermostat in my home was reading 92 and up at times. I called Majano. Very professional, very concerned and eager to help. He said he could come Monday at 12. He was there a little after 10, assessed the problem, got the parts and got me up and running. Great service! Ido happily recommend them to any and everyone.

Juan came out the same day I called and helped fix an issue I was having with my two HVAC units in the attic. He diagnosed the problem and fixed both units in just a few minutes. He gave me a really great deal on the work because it was so simple and was friendly and professional throughout. I saved his number before he even left; hes getting my business in the future.
