I had Eco Temp come to my house to diagnose my furnace that would not stay running, and would shut off after 5 minutes. Shawn, Jordan and Chris were extremely helpful with explaining how my gas valve wasn't working properly. Shawn was who I dealt with primarily, and he went above and beyond to help in my situation. Jordan was also extremely transparent with the quote for the job. I would recommend EcoTemp for any and all of your hvac needs. Will be calling them and recommending them for anyone in the future

Chris & Andrew came by, took their time to actually fix our issue we have been having for 4 weeks. 2 other companies came out and couldnt fix it but these folks were undeterred by any of the issues. Gave my AC a full wash and got it functioning again. Thanks for coming early and on time as well. You guys rock!

Chris the Service Tech came into my building and started crawling around in the walls and took some pictures. He wanted to find out everything about what was needed and what he could do for us. He replaced our filter. He talked about the hvac unit we had and how he could improve our efficiency and give exactly what we wanted. But more importantly he gave what we needed.
His professionalism impressed me. His attention to detail was outstanding. Chris was upfront honest and he doesnt stop until hes completely satisfied. You could say he is a perfectionist and takes pride.

Very professional and friendly. My heat stopped working and I had no issues getting a quote and understanding what I was paying. Even after I had questions they followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied. Cant really ask for much more. I got what I paid for, it works (thank god), and the company was good at what they do. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I had an AC malfunction during some of the hottest summer days and have an absolute nightmare schedule to work around. After suggesting a day that would work almost a week away the office manager quickly stated I shouldnt have to wait that long in the heat and worked with me to come up with a better time.
The next day one of the repair people, Servando, arrived and immediately indentified the problem. Despite it be scorching hot outside he took his time, swapped the broken partsand ensured everything was operating properly. Called and scheduled on one days notice. Chris arrived exactly on time. He geared up and went right to work. Within 15 minutes he diagnosed the problem replaced the faulty part and we were back to a nice comfortable house. My only regret is that I waited too long to call them. Next time I know better.

I had an unsealed pipe that was leaking water into my condo when it rained due to some subpar work from the company who installed my mini split units. EcoTemp came in and fixed the problem in less than a few hours and cost me way less money than I anticipated having to spend to address the issue. Everything was handled extremely professionally from the scheduling, to interacting with the neighboring condo association to enter their property, to getting all the required paperwork, all the way to the actual work performed. I cannot recommend them enough and I will be using their services going forward for all my HVAC needs.

Chris the technician and his partner were amazing. They detected the problem with my Nest immediately. They gave me great options for my unit and its future replacement. They were frank and honest, checked my entire system, cleaned it, and fixed my AC so now it works. They did a lot of work for not a lot of money. I'll use them to replace my whole system eventually. Very happy with them.

The water heater at my house burst late one night, and it needed to be replaced pretty urgently, so I googled around. Water heaters werent listed on the website but they said they could do it, which I was very grateful for. Every interaction was pleasant (even the 1am phone call), their price was reasonable, and they were able to come pretty quickly. Couldnt be happier, and would call them again.

I am blown away! It has been TOUGH to find a company to go out to my apartment building and service it and service it well! They (Sherai? I cant remember her name!) called me back same day and set the appointment same day. Servando was on time, professional and communicative. He repaired the boiler which was amazing because I didnt think anyone could and I found the price of EcoTemp to be fair!
So now I have them saved in my phone and Im calling them back out to give me a quote for an entire boiler system for the entire building. Im very grateful for the service and communication they provided. I definitely recommended and will use their services again.

Massive thanks to Kyle and Jordan for coming out to my place in Chicago. I get cold easily and when the temp dropped I found out my furnace was broken. They didnt recommend repairing it because it was a 20 year old unit. Instead they mentioned it would be wise to go with a full HVAC system replacement from American Standard because my AC was pretty old as well.
They brought up the fact that their supplier Munchs had a 15% off sale in the month of September and that they would give me a free 1 year service agreement. I was sold at that point. They got me a great deal on a high efficiency air conditioner and furnace. I couldnt be happier with their service and prices. 10/10 highly recommend Eco Temp HVAC!

Was in a pinch because I had condenser issues with my AC unit on the weekend. My fan and compressor for my air conditioner did not work at all. I have two rabbits which are domestic and will die if they get over 85. Call the company and they came out right away and fixed my capacitor which was defective and my air-conditioning was up and running within one hour on the weekend.
I called several other places and they denied me service. I am 50 years old and I have never had better service until i found this company. They actually care about your needs. Echo Temp HVAC is definitely the company you need to seek When you are in need of a quick and professional Solution. I sincerely regret not finding the company earlier. A+. Update: asked for a follow up to make sure my AC unit was working properly and left a couple SMS messages and voicemail But no response ever And that was a few months ago I guess it was just a one time deal! Still waiting for a return call and it is almost October 2020.

Our basement and crawlspace duct work has sweated and dripped during the summers and we finally decided to have it addressed. I've had my hvac, etc. inspected annually by different contractors and no one has mentioned this issue and explained the benefits to correcting it until Jordan. He found rust and some mold as a result of all the dripping as well as some large gaps in my ducts in the crawlspace and explained how one hole caused by rust was releasing carbon monoxide into my home.
His quote for repairs was very reasonable and the work was completed professionally and I'm happy to report no more dripping. I'm very satisfied and recommend Jordan and Eco Temp without hesitation.
