Bren and Andrew did an excellent job of cleaning our air ducts. They were very professional during the process and took pictures to explain what they had encountered. They arrived on time and quickly completed the work. I have had nothing but positive experiences with Just Right Air.

Service men were great! Answered all our questions and explained things in a way we could understand. One even helped us clean up a minor flood in our kitchen that happened while we were busy talking to them. Superior in every way. Wish I knew their names. Maybe you can look up who was sent to do our service. They certainly deserve a tip.

We are return customers. This business is great to work with! They have good communication and always call to let you know when they will arrive. Our nearly twenty year old furnace needed to be replaced. Chad G was phenomenal. My husband has been working in a freezing, cold garage, and would not call to get our mini split fixed. I finally called, but I didn't really know what the issue was. Chad was so informative and helpful. He gave me several options and explained each one thoroughly so I didn't feel pressured to make a call right then. Amazing experience. I will stick with this company for techs like Chad!

I have been all around impressed with this company. From working with Tom and then our installation team, it was very quick and everything went smoothly. We have never had so much power coming out of our vents. Thank you can't be said enough.

Just Right installed a new furnace, heat pump and humidifier for us. They were great to work with and we went from the offer to installing the system within a week. The gave a us a very reasonable price and also helped with state and federal rebates. I would highly recommend them.

We called Just Right Heating and Cooling (we were referred by a friend). They did not disappoint! We first tried to fix our furnace, Kurt came out and he was amazing. He was so honest with where our furnace was at, and fixed what he could. We then decided to get a quote to see what it would cost to replace it. Tom came out to give us a quote, and again he was amazing! We went forward with getting a new furnace as well as adding AC. Carver and Daniel came to do the installation and they were efficient, did a clean job, and they were so fast. My house is very busy since we had kiddos running around and having them here didn't interfere at all. I am so happy with the work that was done and will be referring friends and family.

We have always had great service from Just Right Heating and Cooling. I particularly recommend Kurt, who is super. He helped us solve a number of problems, including figuring out how to redirect heat out of the basement without having to redo the entire venting system. Highly satisfied!

The serviceman who came out was Channing. He was on time, did wonderful work, was polite, friendly and very professional. He & this company were recommended to me & now I recommend them to anyone who wants/needs service on their heaters or AC.

Scheduled an appointment and they called me to reschedule. Not a problem and still were able to reschedule the next week. Technician was knowledgeable and eager to answer my questions and took the time to explain the service checks.

Had a few hiccups at the beginning after the sale with a lack of return air to the system. Alan the technician stayed in communication with me throughout the issues and made sure I was up to date with all the work they were doing to correct everything. Alan made sure that I knew that things were going to be resolved to my satisfaction and worked with me to get the changes made to my home to resolve the air return issues. Alan is really the key to this positive survey response. Very knowledgeable technicians, showed genuine concern for my satisfaction, and worked very hard and long hours to make it all work correctly.

Prompt response. Good, friendly service. Just Right Air cleaned the gas stove that heats my basement. They were quick and got it running well again.
