We needed to replace our 26 year old A/C systems, 2 separate ones. We had proposals from several companies with a wide range of prices. Kevin provide 4 different products to choose from, with a detailed list of the items included with each. He answered all our questions and we selected a national brand that was rated the best and priced within our budget. Kevin installed both systems immediately, working for 2 days to get our home cooled down. I found him to be an honest, hardworking, knowledgeable contractor. Tim and Kevin from HVAC Pros was the third A/C company that came out t9 look at central air not providing air. They were able to diagnose and fix an obvious problem within an hour. The other 2 companies saw the same system, but missed an obvious leak. Nice, professional, quick and worth every penny of great service.

I recently had the pleasure of working with HVAC pros for 2 brand new installations, 2 repairs, and 1 maintenance on my air conditioning systems. From the initial contact to the final completion, I was impressed with their professionalism, efficiency, and expertise. The HONESTY, TRANSPARENCY, customer service, responsiveness of Kevin's team, communication, clarity, education around the problem and solution made a huge impact in the selling experience.
And that's the difference in the experience with Kevin compared to others Kevin's knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail is by far the best in the business. As far as price competitiveness, transparent communication about costs, or warranty information. All 10/10. He saved me a great deal of $ where he could and didn't sell me in things that didn't need to be replaced. Kevin arrived promptly and diagnosed the issue quickly.
He explained the problem clearly and offered different solutions, outlining the costs and benefits of each. I appreciated his transparency and felt confident in his recommendations. He worked efficiently and completed the repair within the estimated timeframe, leaving the area clean and tidy. I'm happy to report that my AC is now running perfectly, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend HVAC pros and Kevin to anyone in need of AC services. As a senior, and on a very fixed income, I needed help. Googled a maintenance man, and Lewis replied via text. They are just the best. Job was started and completed quickly and they left everything looking great. Price was as reasonable as you can get in our crazy economy.
