We've worked with this AC company for a while now. They patiently worked with us as we dragged our feet replacing an old unit. They always got it up and running at an affordable cost. We finally made the jump for a new system. At this point it's quite obvious that we were foolish not getting an new unit sooner. The initial cost is a bit up there in price, but financing was offered making it possible.

Our electric bill has significantly dropped and the house stays cold even with the thermostat kept at 73. I highly recommend this company. You'll aways get a friendly professional. Quality products with the added bonus of energy efficient.

I wouldnt use any other HVAC company -- these guys are great! Smart, friendly polite and -- best of all -- both competent and honest. They are super quick in a crisis, which is also essential. actually, they are super quick even when what seems like a crisis to me almost certainly does not to everyone else.

Our AC went out last week and it didn't take long to start feeling the consequences. It was later in the afternoon and we weren't sure if we could get anyone to look at our AC that evening. Fortunately, ABA came through for us. Even though his shift was over at 9pm, Alex showed up with a smile a little after then. He didn't have a part needed to fix it so he ran to Home Depot, got the part and came back and fixed our AC. In short, Alex and ABA went above and beyond.

Needed my mini split replaced. ABA came out and did an evaluation. The compressor was bad on my unit and it was undersized for space. ABA installed a bigger, new unit and the results were fantastic. ABA installed a new central AC unit for me. I also purchased a mini-split from them. Both units work well and their installers were polite and willing to discuss options and help with understanding the machinery. My house has been cool this summer and I love having a mini-split because I don't have to cool the whole house when I am only using one room.

We operate an Estate Management Company, and have used ABA exclusively for our HVAC needs for the last 3 years. I cannot speak more highly of their service. Their technicians are prompt, communicative, and thorough; and are knowledgeable across a wide variety of product and systems. Their billing is easy to understand, and always aligns with the estimate given beforehand. We also utilize their maintenance plans at several properties, and are extremely pleased with their ongoing service visits to maintain our equipment.

I first came to ABA a few years ago when my old company did not respond after several attempts to reach them on a very hot weekend. When I called ABA they came out immediately and replaced the motor on our outdoor unit. Have used them ever since for regular twice a year maintenance/checks and to install a new system and duct work at another house.

All has gone smoothly. Today, I was especially impressed by the very thorough job that Brandon did in his spring maintenance check of our a/c system. He carefully cleaned the outside unit. He discovered that the capacitor was nearing the end of its life and replaced it. Their technicians have been professional and pleasant. I've also used them for a refrigerator repair. They do give a window of time but will call with updates if the technician will be late.

ABA was a lifesaver for our family. After being out of town for the weekend, we came home to a hot house and discovered a snake had crawled into the outside unit and wrapped around the fan. When the fan turned on the snake was dead and the fan was not turning. We reached out to another company who promised to get out to us that evening but they never showed up.

The next morning after contacting 10 other companies, ABA was the only one who could actually send someone same day for an emergency repair. Blake (I think that was his name) showed up on time and had the unit running and cooling in less than 30 minutes. He was very professional and friendly. The office staff were equally amazing and gave some of the best customer service. Thank you, we will definitely call again for our air conditioning needs and will be happy to recommend you.

Just had ABA come out and check my AC which has been on the fritz for the better part of the past month. Blake came out, was personable and efficient along with letting me know what the exact issue was and showing me a pic of the issue he found. In this day and age it can be hard to trust some services as you hear the horror stories about people getting ripped off.

I will definitely be using ABA again when an issue arises or if I need to get an entirely new unit in the future. HIGHLY recommend these guys and don't hesitate to ask for Blake.

My A/C stopped working. I called multiple Companies with no success even though I told them I had small children in the house. I called ABA heating and cooling. Was at a rental property for a girls weekend and the a/c went out on the main floor. We called to have someone come out to fix it and Todd came out around 11pm and stayed until after midnight (1:45am) to make sure he got us some cool air for the remainder of our stay!! Had faulty wiring that was causing multiple error codes to where my unit would not function properly. ABA sent two professional, polite gentlemen to install new wiring and re-diagnose my unit for any errors. They were patient with me and answered all of my questions. While working from home less than 10ft from them, they were not too intrusive/loud(er than needed to be) and I was able to keep working uninterrupted.

I am extremely happy with ABA's service personnel and I am happy to report that my unit is working beautifully. I have never had a bad experience with ABA. I highly recommend using them!

Tyler and ABA heating have been incredible. Up until my a recent purchase from ABA of a new HVAC, I was using a system that was easily 20 years old and on its last leg (to put it nicely). I've been working with ABA and Tyler for years now and never once was I pressured to get a new unit. He did everything in his power to keep the old one going as long as possible. Tyler is friendly, professional, kind hearted and treats his customers like family.

ABA has always been outstanding in sending someone out to take a look at AC or heating issues when we have called them. Managing several properties, this is very important to us. The techs have always called to let us know what the problem is and to request authorization to fix before actually performing the fix which we also appreciate very much. Cody was the technician that came to service our system behind the mess that Strand Brothers made. He troubleshooted the entire system before diagnosing it, something that Strand Brothers and Fox services did not do but charges for. He got our system running as Strand Brothers (SB) had it wired incorrectly, SB had replaced our thermostats, and SB had cut our damper to turn it off. Had we had called ABA Heating and Cooling first, we would have saved money in unnecessary replacement of parts that probably were ok in the first place. The office staff at ABA are professional and courteous. The technician was on time and knows his stuff! I can't save enough about this company!

I've been working with the ABA team for almost 2 years and they're the absolute greatest! Customer Service is on point, Missy and Morgan are fantastic! Tyler was great on both visits, Dean did a great job helping me pick a system that was going to do everything I was expecting and the crew on Monday was fantastic and so polite. Very customer service oriented. It's been less than a week but there is a HUGE difference. My husband has asthma and I was explaining this to Dean and Tyler and they were able to get me a system that has been working wonders.

My husband said to me yesterday that he hasn't had to use his puffer AT ALL for a few days now since the new system has been installed. He can breathe easily and I have noticed a big difference in temperature throughout the house. I haven't had to fight with the temperature settings since I programmed the schedule. The thermostat is super easy to use as well and looks very stylish.

We had an air conditioning situation - it conked out at 9pm on a Friday night when we had paying guests - and we couldn't have been more grateful to ABA - and couldn't have been happier with their service. The phone operators were wonderful and super prompt, and within an hour I was at the house meeting the technician, Tyler. He was incredible - super friendly, efficient and knowledgable.

I had family in town in March during one of the first hot weekends and my AC wasn't working! I called ABA and they had a tech out within 24-hours. ABA Appliance Heating and Air The whole staff from answering phones to ordering parts and installations, ABA is the best. They have great follow up skills which is very rare in some companies. No task was too complicated for them to do for us. This is a one phone call company. We have several properties and if we need something fixed the first time, ABA gets the job done.

My A/C and Heating Unit both had to be replaced and it was done in a very timely manner and works perfectly and have had absolutely no problems since the installation. Called this company on a Friday afternoon around 6:30pm. Their answering service was knowledgable and friendly. I immediately had a call-back from ABA within 30 minutes. They knew what they were talking about, answered all of my questions, and set me up for an appointment the next morning. The technician arrived on time and was extremely professional. Aaron installed a new Nest control center and checked out my current ac system to see if it needed any maintenance. Aaron took pride in doing his job and doing it the right way (all the way down to helping me paint the wall around the Nest where the old thermostat originally sat). From start to finish my experience with ABA was perfect. This company is first class.

Nothing like having your system go out in the midst of triple digits! I called ABA Heating & Cooling and from 1st contact, my joyful experience began! The staff was very professional, caring and empathetic to my situation and my need to have someone out asap to repair my a/c system. I called at 9am and they had a tech at my house within the hour. Sadly my system had finally decided to call it quits, after all those years and ABA quoted a very reasonable price for a new system install, as well as they had my new system installed and cooling my family by 3pm that same day.

From the get go, each and every person from ABA was extremely pleasant and professional. Aaron responded to our service request. We had had our electrical box replaced and afterwards our heater stopped working. Our electrician couldn't figure out what caused it. We left town for six weeks. While we were away, we found out my husband had to have surgery the day after we returned and finding a company and calling for service was low on the priority list. However, we were cold and I was concerned about my husband's recovery.

My husband found ABA online and I called for an appointment. I was promised someone would there here in 3 hours! When Aaron came to check out the unit, he quickly diagnosed the problem as a melted control panel caused by the electrician hooking a 240v circuit to a 115v unit. The heater was toast. Aaron assured us he could have a crew out the next day and replace the unit.

True to his word, Aaron sent Richard and his crew bright and early the next morning. By that evening we almost had heat - the delay was a result of the mess left behind by the former owners who had jury rigged a system that never functioned well since we bought the house. The next morning at 7 a.m., Richard returned to finish the last bit and we are happy as clams - warm too! ABA went beyond and above what was necessary to get our service restored.

The crew was polite, professional and well prepared to do the work quickly and efficiently. I would recommend ABA in a heartbeat to anyone with heating and a/c problems. Thanks, ABA - you're the best!
