I was very happy with my experience with Dr. HVAC. Amin got me scheduled the next day, diagnosed, and repaired my system within an hour of arriving. I highly recommend his services and company.

We had an incredible experience with Dr HVAC. We noticed our AC wasn't working as well and made an inquiry that night on the website to have it looked at. We received a call from Amine within minutes of our inquiry to discuss the problem. He was able to fit us in the next morning. He arrived on time and was extremely thorough in diagnosing the problem.

He ended up finding a leak in our system. He talked us through everything and was very detailed in explaining the issue. He was even proactive in contacting the manufacturer to see if our unit was still under warranty. Amine and Rene worked in the middle of a heat wave to fix the issue. To our surprise, he even followed up with us to ensure that everything was working correctly. We were pleased to learn that Dr HVAC is a family-owned company that truly cares about the work they do and the people they serve. They have gained us as loyal customers!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr HVAC. I have a newer until but ran into complications with cold air flow. I sent an inquiry and within 30 minutes I had an email and a text. During a very high demand week did not make me feel like I was a rush and needed get to more work. The husband of the husband and wife owner operator team attends the new customer appointments and it was not a disappointment.

He walked me through each thing that he looks at, explained, answered questions, helped to plan improvements for the future, and allowed and even encouraged me to watch over his shoulder at what he was doing! Pricing was very reasonable. This company focuses on the relationship with their customers, their understanding of their equipment and how to maintain, and also has a wonderful demeanor! Will be on speed dial for all regular maintenance, emergency, and upgrades! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Prompt and excellent service provided! Unit had stopped working on Friday evening. Called and was able to have someone out the next morning. The issue was found, parts replaced, and AC is back to blowing ice cold air. This company provided excellent service, repair, and hospitality. Highly recommended for any HVAC needs.

Amin is a valuable resource to have year round especially during Summer. My AC has been malfunctioning for a while, and before contacting him, I had reached out to about four other services. However, they were not very responsive and two of them rescheduled. I was able to manage because the start of summer this year has been too hot, so there were nights I could get by with a broken AC, but I knew once the heat picks up, things will be bad. Luckily for me, my uncle, a past client of Amin, recommended him to me. Reaching out to him, was the best thing I did.

His readiness to answer my call and quickly locking me into a schedule gave me the peace of mind I desperately needed. It gave me the assurance that the troubles and worries I had faced with my AC, will come to an end soon. In three days after initial contact, he came over to diagnose my system and fixed it. He was very reliable and was readily available to answer all my questions. Granted that I do know much about AC, my experience with him was not a simple transaction to "fix my AC" but it was also educational.

He explained a lot of things to me and gave me tips on how to maintain my system year round. Overall it was a great experience working with him and I highly recommend to use him if you have any problems with your AC.

Great company, the 24 hours service really save us over the weekend. Our AC unit broke down and when Amine showed up he was really professional and the pricing is fair. He is very transparent with everything and make sure I was okay with the price before moving forward. Would definitely recommend them for your HVAC issues

Amin quickly diagnosed our issue with a malfunctioning AC and Furnace unit. He was able to turn around a major job in 4 days around Memorial Day and took care of all the logistics, planning, install and cleanup and also advised us on how to improve the system for years to come. Highly recommend! I had contacted three other HVAC techs and they were either no-shows or provided me a high estimated cost for the fix (house was not cooling). However, with DR HVAC, they responded promptly, arrived on time, and were knowledgeable. They had checked the warranty on a part that needed to be replaced and luckily it was still in warranty! Working with DR HVAC saved me thousands. We're grateful.

I had the pleasure of working with Amin and his team to fix my AC that went out. They were diligent and informative. My unit supplier gave us a hard time with replacement pieces and Amin took the extra steps with staying on top of everything and communicating with me in a timely manner. Our experience was Amine was amazing! He was able to schedule us very quickly, he was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to fix our AC and made sure his work had warranty. I highly recommend them! As a side note, he speaks Arabic, Spanish and English. Very impressive!

Amine added this air scrubber to my system he previously installed. My house smells fresh and amazing! No more lingering food smells. Great company and great customer service!

Our AC suddenly stopped working and we had no idea what happened until we called Dr HVAC Inc. They were able to schedule us for the morning and once the technician arrived he was able to find the root cause of our problem. He did a very good job and what I really liked was how they provided me an explanation of what went wrong and what needed to be replaced/fixed. Technician was very transparent with pricing and our AC was running again in no time. I would definitely recommend if you need your AC serviced! They also provide other services which is a plus.
