I highly recommend Eco Friendly Air. Tom was my air tech, he was professional, friendly and was able to trouble shoot my problem without a big bill. I went with Eco Friendly air for a second opinion after another company said I needed a new gas valve that would cost 960 dollars. The unit was only 5 years old. It did not seem right. I was able to talk with the Eco Friendly Air team and get a true estimate.
They responded quickly and professionally. Turns out I did not need a gas valve at all. Just a simple tune up. THANK YOU SO MUCH for saving me so much money. We will be working with you in the future for all our AC and Heat needs. Update : June 2022 Eddie was amazing. We had to have our unit fixed. They were fast, friendly and pricing was fair. Absolutely recommend!

It's been a year since my install - Phil was great walking me through the decision process of selecting the best unit for my house and budget. Phillip explained the units size, brand, warranties, and was able to beat my previous quote. My system has been thru winter and summer no problems. I referred my sister a few months and she was as pleased with the service and the time Phil took to explain the install process, etc. Also thumbs up to install technicians they worked diligently to get my units installed at the height of their busiest time. Great service. Arrived promptly and evaluated and tuned up my system. An estimate was given for duct cleaning/repair and work was able to be scheduled the same day. Jorge and Matt arrived shortly and performed the task of repairing and cleaning the air ducts. They were very friendly, professional, and spent several hours completing the work. They cleaned up and answered any questions I had. They also serviced the dryer vent. Pricing was very reasonable. I have signed on with their company for their maintenance program and happy to be working with them.

I had air conditioner and heating system put oin about three years ago. I have been pleased with the service. And Phillip their service representative does get back to you promptly. I have saved one air conditioner bills about 40% since I had it put in. Jorge was our technician. Our dryer does not work properly when attached to outside dryer duct. Jorge did not have any camera equipment to examine the duct so unable to determine if there is a clog or if the duct is damaged. Jorge was informative regarding the dryer operation and we thanked him for his time.

I had a new HVAC unit installed last June by Eco Friendly, they were very professional and took the time to explain what they were doing and answered any questions that I had. There was an issue with the thermostat wiring that needed to be upgraded and they installed new wiring. The service technician Tam did the install and a couple of service maintenance calls and was always on time, he was very friendly and professional and paid attention to detail, telling me what he was doing and why. Technician Jorge Camacho also did service maintenance call and was also very friendly, professional and on time. Overall I am very pleased with Eco Friendly.

Oscar and George did an excellent job of cleaning all my vents and ducts. They covered furniture prior to starting the work and were very much aware of returning my house to its clean state after completing the job. Phillip came by afterwards to check and make sure the job was completed to my satisfaction. A recommendation was made to replace the ducts and pictures were shown of the work done and the work needed.

After reading countless reviews and receiving quotes from several companies here in Las Vegas, I selected Eco Friendly Air to do my HVAC update. First reason was simply response time (important if things go wrong down the road). Shortly after submitting the request for quote I was contacted by the company. The very next day they were in my home preparing a quote. Several contractors I requested quotes from took days to respond...not a good sign of future service. Eco was not the lowest bid and they were no where near the highest. They were offering quality equipment and their install practices where simply better than anyone else that made their way into my home. Customer service was/is very strong and again this is so important when investing in a new system to serve you for years to come. I am very happy with my decision to have Eco Friendly Air do my dual system replacement. Response time, professional personnel, quality equipment, advanced install practices, follow ups after install, and post 60 days our systems are running perfectly.

Very professional crew, The Service Manager and Technician (Alex) were really friendly and got straight to work, not to mention they were on time sharp, found issues in my ac unit and did a good job explaining everything before jumping into any labor, price was really reasonable too and gave me a few tips to keep my ac unit running good.
