If there were 10 stars, I would double the 5 stars as that's how great the air sponge is as well as their superior customer service. I live in Orlando, near Disney, where they create a moment of magic, not misery, for the millions of tourists who visit here each week. Yet, Rachel, Elissa, Richard and their team have always gone above and beyond with their service.

I truly appreciate them! I am ignorant when it comes to air filters and correct sizing, etc. Alyssa was very patient with me and walked me through how to measure for my soon-to-be custom built frame they built and sent with the filters. I recommend going with a year supply and auto-reorder. Less worries and less stress. No more coughing in my home from the dust particles that my other filters always missed. I have used these air filters in my home for the past nine years. It was the best investment I ever made and I am totally happy with the air quality in my home. After all my research and nearly a decade of use in my home, I am convinced there is still no better filter being offered on the market. This is a remarkable filter and I highly recommend it.

I am the person that answers the phone and since we are not aloud to respond directly to the reviews I wanted to clear a few things up. To Dan Dan, I was not trying to come across rude. I was simply explaining that we do not sell direct to the user. You needed to contact your A/C dealer or you can find a distributor online. You did not like that answer and I just gave you a comparison to buying a simple chocolate bar.

This answer can also be applied to Joray W. since he was also upset he could not order direct. I was in no way trying to be mean to anyone, just an explanation as to why you could not order with me over the phone. To Elizabeth Rodriguez, I did not open the door for the simple fact that there is a pandemic and I am not allowing anyone in my warehouse so that we can stay healthy and keep sending out our customers orders.

I am not a store and rarely have anyone at my door other then deliveries. You kept pulling on the door and that was very scary to me. Sorry you took that in any other way then you were just too close. I am doing the best I can on the phone and I am sorry when I do not make everyone happy. Thank you Air Sponge Filter Co! We are so happy with this air filter. It offers us the best protection against airborne toxins and germs. It's given us peace of mind living in an apartment building, during this awful COVID-19 pandemic. Makes so much sense to have multiple filter mediums to eliminate various pollutants from our home air. - I also love the way it has a custom fit for our ac system.

I just received the filter in the mail today. Ordering was easy and I called the company just to make sure how everything is done (measured, should I go 1/8 larger, etc.). The girl on the phone was very helpful. I see SO many reviews about the girl that answers the phone there but I had no problems. The filter was a custom size order and I received it within 2 days of ordering.

It fits perfectly and I'm hoping based on the reviews of its performance (not reviews of the girl that answers the phones there) which are VERY good that it will filter out more impurities in our air at home. With 2 dogs and of course dog hair around the house this filter should help to keep our AC handler units coils cleaner and more dust free as well.

I will post a follow up review once I've had it installed for a few months. In just the couple of hours since I installed it, I did notice that the airflow is just as good as it was before using the Air Sponge filter (something I was worried about prior to ordering this new filter system).
