AC Went down. Scheduled with Nelson and never got a call back the next day confirming. I ended up using another company. Spoke to owner and he cleared it up with me. Good guy.

I called Nelson Air to come to my business to give me a quote. I own a grooming salon and was looking to tap into my current air conditioning unit and run a duct into my kennel room, where we keep the dogs, so they would stay nice and cool as well. The owner came initially to give me the quote and the price was fair. We set up a time for one of his guys to come back to do the job. The guy that came was friendly and did a good job. Two thumbs up.

I dealt with the owner directly & I couldn't be more pleased with their work. They worked around my home remodel construction schedule which was extremely helpful.

Also, their prices are great! We replaced our entire A/C & Furnace unit with all the work being done in 1 day.
