My husband & I would recommend Emergency Air to the entire US. Russ, Derek & Pat are the best. Also Derek's assistant. They are always welcome back to work on the A/C. Everything seems to be working perfectly. The noise is gone. New thermostat is in. Thank you for everything. Also, thank you for the gift. The cookies are delicious.

Called the day of an issue and they were able to send a technician out within 2 hours of calling. Pricing very reasonable, communication was great with the technician sending photos and videos of the issue. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

Gerald Largo performed service for us today and we have had great service from this company but this guy was the best by far. I will recommend him everytime as he performed everything top notch with photos and videos of everything he did. Thanks for the awesome service.

Technicians were very professional. Wore shoe protectors so my home remained clean, explained what he had done and what needed fixed, explained pricing very clearly and reviewed their payment structure and financing. Would highly recommend

If I could give more stars I would! My service technician was Gerald Largo and he was super! He came and explained everything he was going to do to check and service my unit. He showed me pictures of all of the components of my AC and explained their functions. Pretty much everything checked out super but attention was needed on a couple of items, which he showed me through pictures.

After getting my okay he fixed them that same day then showed me pictures of the work he did. He is such a knowledgeable, polite, and hard working man! Emergency Air Heating and Cooling provide wonderful follow up service in the products they sell.

Tech came in with good knowledge. Took his time to explain and suggest items I might need without being too pushy. Went through the entire system. The last guy didn't spend the time up in the attic as this tech did. I felt like I was being taken care of. The only complaint I would have is the processing fee. I get it but pretty high IMO.

Gerald and Clayton were the best technician I've ever had. These guys deserve 20 stars. Highly recommend this company for honest work. God bless

Emergency Air provides a great service. The tech that came and serviced my a/c Tommy, was knowledgeable, personable, & hard working with great communication. He is a great asset to the company! If all your techs are are trained the same. Emergency Air is league's above the rest!

I would give Emergency Air 5 stars. Fernando provided great service. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to do and that he would take pictures and share with me. I was welcome to observe him if I wanted to watch what he was doing. He explained the issues he found and provided options. He took care to make sure my home was clean when he left.

I would give Emergency Air 5 stars for the Hero program. I was not aware of the program when I called for service. Fernando explained the program to me once he was on site. What a wonderful service Emergency Air provides to veterans.

The service was professional and courteous but the technician kept repeating himself and heavily insisted that the entire unit be replaced. He was very nice but it felt more script driven and I didn't really feel much of the human side of it. Technician said repeatedly that he wouldn't be surprised if the AC unit broke as soon as he left which made me feel very skeptical. So far it blows cold. Fingers crossed. Good service

Ariel is amazing! He came out to do a second opinion inspection after a different company damaged my AC unit multiple times. He was able to immediately identify the poor workmanship and haphazard fixes from the previous company and knew the solutions. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and I would be extremely comfortable with him completing the required repairs!

Jonathan did a good job explaining everything is happening to my unit. He also explained other work very nicely and professional. Just in case I want to get them done.

After using and having a service maintenance agreement with another well known a/c & heating company for about 15 years we were becoming more dissatisfied with their service, attitude and prices. So we decided to give Emergency Air a try, what an excellent decision it was. They were responsive, professional and fairly priced. James, the service technician was competent, considerate and professional. He was actually interested in doing a good job for us. We will be using Emergency Air going forward.

Gerald largo was amazing! He was so fast friendly and great with helping me understand what he was doing! He explained all parts and costs. He explained about my filter sizes and condensers! Truly all around a great tech! You would be lucky to get this guy at your door!

Thank you for sending Ryker out for my annual unit maintenance inspection. He was courteous, very knowledgeable and extremely thorough. He explained everything as he went along and compared my digital readings to the manufacturer's suggested readings. It was nice to see a technician rather than a salesman. Very satisfied and will continue to recommend Emergency Air to friends and family.

Called and they came out the same day - great communication. Ozzy stayed most of the morning and was very helpful in solving the problem but also servicing and discussing the other units at the house. Very happy with the service!

Everyone was professional, James R is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me, included pictures, and was quick, he seemed honest. I was very happy with the service I received from Summer and Teagen with the appointment process. I received reminders and a photo of the tech. The part he replaced was pricey, even with a discount. I don't have any comparable prices. My unit is on the roof so I trusted what James showed and told me. The inside unit was not checked other than the coil.

Worked with Rich Delancey on this job, he was kind and professional, and quickly got the issue diagnosed and repaired. He has recommendations for keeping my unit running well and answered all the questions I had. Fantastic response time on the whole situation too, I will be having these guys do my AC work from now on!

Richard was amazing! Thoughtful, professional, patient and extremely competent. He got our units working quickly and gave us a plan to keep it working well for years to come. I decided on Emergency Air Heating and Cooling because they were able to get me in when 9 other companies didn't answer their phone or were not able to fit in our emergency service call.

Exceptionally professional. Courteous. On time. Knowledgeable My A/C stopped blowing cold air, and after doing my due diligence (making sure the evaporator coils were not frozen over, circuit wasn't tripped, etc.), I called Emergency Air and was given a timeframe between 2 and 6 in the afternoon, 2 being a little less than three hours from the initial call.

I received a text with said appointment. At about 1:30, I received another text letting me know (and a call) the name and photo of the technician (Michael R.) and that they were on their way. Michael arrived quickly, introduced themselves and quickly got to work. They had troubleshot and identified the needed replacement part by about 2:30. Michael gave the estimated cost to repair the A/C, along with an estimate for an additional compressor saver kit, while also honestly explaining the kit was absolutely not necessary to get my A/C up and running again.

After approving the fix, Michael R. had the A/C up and running and blowing cold air within 20 minutes. In total, Emergency Air had my A/C repaired less than 4 hours after my initial call, on a 113° day in the middle of July, and I get to sleep at home tonight instead of a hotel. Seriously amazing service
