Taylor Heating & Air Conditioning has been great. They installed our HVAC system last year and followed up to see if we wanted an annual check-up a couple weeks ago. Jonah was our technician for the check-up. He arrived inside the scheduled window and called when he was 25 minutes out. He was very professional and helpful.

Taylor Heating & Air Conditioning Technicians Mr. Camryn & Mr. Chad displayed and provided outstanding and very professional service to our home furnace. Mr. Chad was very knowledgeable and successfully serviced and conducted a tune up on the furnace and Mr. Camryn safely removed the old steel connector and replaced it with a flex connector on our other furnace. Mr. Camryn & Mr. Chad's outstanding professional skills; professional knowledge, and patience aided immeasurably in identifying and solving problem areas in the field of Furnace Maintenance.

Jonah came out to do the yearly maintenance on our AC today, he called before heading over to make sure it was a good time, worked quickly and was super friendly. Really happy with our services!

Diagnostic visit with Chad was educational. The furnace in the garage (installed by previous owner) was nearly prehistoric, a dinosaur! Worst of all CO readings were enough to cause serious concern. Donny was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. Josh and Anthony just finished the install and they did a great job. It was an all day job and they stayed late to make sure everything was installed correctly and working properly.

Jonah was pleasant and knowledgeable. Shared all his findings, was very informative on the causes and meanings of the findings. No surprises, no upselling. Actually arrived early for appointment after contacting us for permission. Taylor did not install our furnace but they did install our AC 3 years ago, which was also a good experience. This visit was maintenance on both.

From the estimate to the installation these guys were great. So far it's been 2 days and I loveeeeeee our new unit. The whole house is warm and we are happy Nar helped us select the right unit. We were debating between the 18-24 and went with the 24. No pressure no quick sale, just gave us there opinion and let us decide between the options. Would recommend again and again.

Jonah arrived to service my AC and from start to finish was friendly, informative, and thorough in his work. From the basic thoughtfulness of removing his shoes to giving me specific readings and explaining what they meant, his service was top notch! Way to go Taylor for hiring such knowledgeable, courteous and hard working people like Jonah!

My family got me to try Taylor heating, they treated my parents well and they have held up greatly at my home too. Jonah was very friendly and professional and gave us confidence in the quality of service we received. Solid work, no call backs, they show up on time, and ready to work. EDIT 2/16/23: We had a really high electric bill for Nov/Dec and became more concerned when it went up for Jan/Feb. Turns out we had a leak and were down to less than 2lbs of refrigerant. Called Taylor to come out and Donny was who we initially spoke to to get everything set up and scheduled. David and Michael were our installers and they came 2 days later.

We had to have a variety of things replaced! New heat pump, condenser, coil, line set, drain tube, condensation pump, and some duct work revisions. They spent most of the day here and they did an excellent job. Everything looks cleaner and more streamlined? I think our old stuff was jerry rigged, to be honest. I probably annoyed them for most of the time, but I know so much more now about heat pumps.

They were nice and friendly and answered all my questions and explained things in a way that made sense. They were respectful of our property and cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. Obviously the best part is that my house is now HEATING and I can keep it above 64°. Will continue to call these guys when needed. (Nov 2021): The power went out a few days ago and when it came back on, the furnace did not.

As soon as I realized that we weren't getting any heat, and tried checking the breaker, etc., I called Taylor and they had a guy out to our house less than 2 hours later. Turns out it was a blown fuse (which I now know how to replace on my own)! We have an old unit, so I went ahead and paid for the yearly maintenance. No complaints and I'll obviously be using them again!

Our HVAC technician Ron came out from Taylor heating & cooling, he went above & beyond, was extremely professional, courteous and fixed our heat pump in 90 degree heat! I truly appreciate his helpfulness, he went above & beyond, it was so refreshing when you think customer service doesn't exist like this anymore! Brandon and David were great installers of our new system. Both guys were very polite and curtious. Also install is top notch. The new system was explained very well to me. All old system was hauled off as well. Very good company to do business with. Will definitely use them again.

I'm in need of having some electrical work in anticipation of selling my house and Taylor Electric scheduled an electrician within four days of the call (the weekend included) and he showed up at the stated time. Rich was polite, personable, and knowledgeable and knew exactly what was needed. He gave me a quote on the spot which I accepted. Both the estimate & install teams were great. I live in a really old mobile home so cutting holes to run wiring isn't a good option. The estimate team bounced ideas off each other & came up with a great plan. A week later the install team arrives & did a fantastic job. Will use them again if the need arises & will recommend to others. The office staff was great too. Good value for the work done & time spent.

My husband and I had our A/C unit installed today, and we could not be more happy with our decision to go with Taylor Heating & Air Conditioning. From the initial phone call to schedule the quote, Taylor Heating & Air Conditioning has been great to work. Nar really helped explain the different products and why certain models were more advantageous than others, particularly regarding sound and warranties.

He was thorough with his information and provided us with a clear price breakdown. (He also recommended a good deli near where we live, which is just another perk!) Today, Michael and David arrived on time and worked incredibly hard all day. With our furnace being in the attic, the work is much more demanding, but both Michael and David worked nonstop throughout the day.

Taylor Heating has become our leading HVAC company based on the great service they provided to us and our real estate clients! Today they installed a new AC unit at our home. The entire team was excellent, nice job to have around, efficient, thoughtful and willing to explain the process! Thanks to Josh, Josh, and Josh and if course all the rest of the Taylor Heating team.

We called Taylor to come in and inspect and give us an estimate as PSE transformer blew and send a 150 volt power stream to our house, which we were told blew the electric motor on our furnace by Hunt HVAC at a repair cost of $1300, additionally shared with us that they have had a lot of trouble with the brand of furnace that we had installed. Next, a technician from Taylor HVAC came in, inspected our furnace (only 2.5 years old) and told us that the internal breaker in the furnace has popped and he set them, told us to turn the main breaker on the main box for the furnace on and then he stated, that is all, I can't sell you anything when there is nothing broken!

We paid $59.99 for the inspection, previously we had paid $170 to Hunt HVAC for their "estimated" repair cost (also HUNT HVAC did not show up the day they were supposed to, when we called them, they said they were waiting for the "part", the following day they called us and said that they could come the next day, we declined as we could not stay at the house another day for them to show up!), we had already scheduled the same day with Taylor HVAC, showed up on time, sent us emails and text. no problem with them. He was very honest with the best rout to take as far as repair or replacing. The installation was efficient and well organized. They took out old unit out and left not mess.
